Worst customer service ever!!! We bought an Escalade Esv from here back in March2017.. we had it shipped from Florida to California, talked with Jason throughout the whole process, received the escalade 2 weeks later with pink interior doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (its a beige interior by the way).. called Jason right away, he asked us to take pictures of the doors.. we did, after many days back and forth.. he told us he will look for a car detailing company close by so they can service the car.. he arranged for a detailing company to come detail the car, turns out it was paint on the door panels!!!! They sprayed the wrong color of paint to hide the flaws of the interior doors and apparently they turned pink! After many attempts from the guy detailing the car to clean it up, the only option we were left with is to repaint the doors with beige paint! We talked with Jason to let him know and he said to go ahead and do it And Jumbo cars will cover the expense by sending us a check. Well, 5 months later and 100 of calls, and messages trying to get hold of Jason so he can send us the check for the job done on the car with no success!! He let us pay for something they should have taken care of and never reimbursed us!!! Total rip off, unprofessional!! Worst customer service! Will never recommend them to anyone!
Sold us 2 vehicles in a week. Both allegedly "had a new motor installed" and "not the right cluster in the trucks" repeated asked for proof of the engine swap for our files. Finally returned 1 vehicle and only asked that they compensate the adjustment of the loan value on the 2nd if the proof was not available. A difference of $8000!! When told we would proceed in the court and through the DMV with a odometer fraud claim. The owner physically attacked me!!! Then made several false claims to law enforcement authorities. To cover their tracks they have thus sent a "revised" contract to the finance company stating the odometer discrepancy was a "typo / clerical mistake" which i did not sign and has a signature on it alleged to be mine. Now.they will not release my plates and claim money is owed and items are missing!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I NEVER KNEW THE DEPTH OF SUCH SHADY PEOPLE!!! Steer clear for sake of your sanity and safety!!

I noticed a sputter in the idle (purge valve stuck open) ....called Garber and the best Asst Serv Mgr (3741) ever, returned my call & scheduled for the next days service. The service @ Garber is unbelievable. A loaner vehicle was available for us to use and that speaks volumes to their attention to detail and it is appreciated. My husband has dementia and his daily routine is extremely important to the success of his daily ongoing activities. My experience at Coggin Honda Fort Pierce is always a pleasurable one. Whether it's purchasing a car or having it serviced. What's really great is, whilst my service manager is Dan, he's not always there when I take my car in, they all work as a team. This last service, I had an appointment for the morning but when I arrived, I had to reschedule due to all the fuses being blown in all their compressors from the storm the night before.
