        My family and I were driving behind one of these cars today on a single lane each way road. This car would stop after the stop signs, IN intersections, and would constantly drive completely in the other lane. Upon switching roads, the car would stop at green lights and swerve from one lane to the other. As we passed, we could see that the driver was literally staring at his phone, paying no attention to the road whatsoever. I would never want one of these people to help me if they can't even drive themselves.
