Worst customer service ever!!! We bought an Escalade Esv from here back in March2017.. we had it shipped from Florida to California, talked with Jason throughout the whole process, received the escalade 2 weeks later with pink interior doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (its a beige interior by the way).. called Jason right away, he asked us to take pictures of the doors.. we did, after many days back and forth.. he told us he will look for a car detailing company close by so they can service the car.. he arranged for a detailing company to come detail the car, turns out it was paint on the door panels!!!! They sprayed the wrong color of paint to hide the flaws of the interior doors and apparently they turned pink! After many attempts from the guy detailing the car to clean it up, the only option we were left with is to repaint the doors with beige paint! We talked with Jason to let him know and he said to go ahead and do it And Jumbo cars will cover the expense by sending us a check. Well, 5 months later and 100 of calls, and messages trying to get hold of Jason so he can send us the check for the job done on the car with no success!! He let us pay for something they should have taken care of and never reimbursed us!!! Total rip off, unprofessional!! Worst customer service! Will never recommend them to anyone!
Sold us 2 vehicles in a week. Both allegedly "had a new motor installed" and "not the right cluster in the trucks" repeated asked for proof of the engine swap for our files. Finally returned 1 vehicle and only asked that they compensate the adjustment of the loan value on the 2nd if the proof was not available. A difference of $8000!! When told we would proceed in the court and through the DMV with a odometer fraud claim. The owner physically attacked me!!! Then made several false claims to law enforcement authorities. To cover their tracks they have thus sent a "revised" contract to the finance company stating the odometer discrepancy was a "typo / clerical mistake" which i did not sign and has a signature on it alleged to be mine. Now.they will not release my plates and claim money is owed and items are missing!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I NEVER KNEW THE DEPTH OF SUCH SHADY PEOPLE!!! Steer clear for sake of your sanity and safety!!

The service @ Garber is unbelievable. A loaner vehicle was available for us to use and that speaks volumes to their attention to detail and it is appreciated. My husband has dementia and his daily routine is extremely important to the success of his daily ongoing activities. As with the other 1 star ratings, my experience was eerily similar. I went there because they are close to my job and I wouldn't have to waste a Saturday or take a day off to get repair work done. They said I needed 1 part replaced, paid over $300, car made the same noise after getting fixed. I brought it back and the mechanic said he couldn't hear anything. Drove home, same knocking sound. Took it back again and was told that it needed an entirely different part replaced, urgently, for another $275! I should have stayed away after the shoddy tires they sold me a year earlier. I now take a day off from work if I need something repaired.
These people are scam artist sold me a vehicle with over $7500 in problems. They knew what was wrong with it before selling it there is no way! I didn't even make the first payment before breaking down with my wife and 2 children! When I told them they acted like they had no clue! Would have been nice to know what was wrong instead of the run around because I wasted so much money trying to fix it. Also lied when I filed a BBB complaint. They stated I lied on my application ( not true but by all means please show me where I lied I would love to know) Also stated they told me bring the car back. Well obviously this happens often because they did not even know what or who they were speaking of. Morons sold me a diesel truck. Goes to show they have no clue and just use the same lie I am sure.
Communication was excellent, Mike treated me with respect, and intelligently could discuss the mechanical aspects of my vehicle, it's reputation, and provided sound recommendations. I did NOT get this treatment or thorough a response from national chain franchises, and felt compelled to share my good experience. I have switched from Meineke (7 years) to this location. Mike, don't change a thing how you do business.
Gouged my wife on unneeded A/C line (300% markup- more than average). When A/C failed next day, wife took it back- only to be told they didn't have time to look at it. I stepped in, they looked at it- diagnosed blockage. More unneeded parts later.....still no A/C. Quoted me $1000 to redo whole A/C system- Does this sound like mechanics or part replacers? Always too busy to call you back! Took to 2nd mechanic- issue was a $50 part, failure is common to my make/ model. They were so wrong, off the mark, incapable, unskilled, unprofessional, and righteous- all the stereotypes of a bad shop. My wife should have been able to go there, get her AC fixed, pay a fair price (we were prepared for a 500-700 bill), and move on telling everyone how well she was treated. This was not the case, nor do I think was ever the goal of this shop. When "Honest & Reliable" is your slogan and on your street sign..... make them more than cheap words.
My several year old Truck was in great condition but I needed an electronic upgrade to bring it up to the new 2016 systems. I called Installation Station to find out what was available. They suggested the new Pioneer NEX line of Stereo head units and also told me what accessories I would need to get all the "toys" I desired, such as Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, backup cameras, and complete voice integration with my phone, existing Bose sound system, OnStar, my rear entertainment system and to work flawlessly with existing steering my wheel controls (volume, microphone, etc.). I researched the advice given by them on the internet and the price they quoted me to buy it all and have them install it. Well I decided to purchase it all directly from them and they installed it. I couldn't be happier. The system and installation were both great!. These guys Rock!
I admit I am a little shocked at some of the reviews... Its like we aren't going to the same place. I have a modified Corvette that needs special handling for tire changes. This shop has installed very oversized low profile run flat tires that present very difficult installation problems. Never had any problems with this shop. My car is too low to drive onto most lifts. Again, no problem with this store. The company is owned and staffed by local folks that are our neighbors and I have never had a reason to question their ethics, Until I have a problem, they will get my business.. A little later hours on Saturday would be helpful. But they have always been careful with my car, competent to maintain it, and respectful of my business. That is more important to me than anything else.
