My appointment was at 1pm they stuck me in a room 45 minutes later started looking for someone thought they had forgotten me. When I finally found the lady did I get an apology NO. She thew her arms up and said I'm the only one here like it was my fault. I was there an hour and 15 minutes for a 15 minute procedure. Very dissatisfied! More than once!
I had to see Dr. Cox today because my normal Dentists office was closed and I had an abscess tooth. He was extremely rude to me and acted like I was not worth his time. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will NEVER go to his offensive over priced office again!
Very good dentist. Dr. Cox took worked with me after a cleaning to adjust my bite on an existing crown to get it right for me. I really appreciated it. Very concerned about his patients and strives for quality.
