Aspen dental did nothing to help get me out of my pain and told me it wasn’t abscessed and when I asked what I’m suppose to do they told me to go to Walmart and get a tooth repair kit!!! They also said they couldn’t do anything without doing a cleaning first and that they would never do a root canal without doing a cleaning first!!! I spent 2 1/2 hours there for nothing but X-rays and telling me what they would need to do!!!! They told all this stuff I needed done but did nothing for me and what I needed at the time!?! Then wanting me to finance over $6,000 which wasn’t all they wanted me to have done??? That was only for a cleaning, root canal and crown plus 2 other crowns that were needed !!!!!! At Castle Dental they told me that yes I was going to need a root canal and crown on that tooth that was hurting so bad but they gave me medicine for pain and antibiotics first! Then I didn’t need 2 other crowns, only fillings!! So they were going to have me get and pay for something that wasn’t needed!!!! Castle Dental gave me the X-ray and showed me in detail how far away the nerve was from the fillings and that 2 fillings was all that I needed!!!! He even told me that a first year dentist could tell that the tooth was abscessed and needed antibiotics!!!! I will NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU CASTLE DENTAL FOR YOUR HELP WITH MY PAIN AND HONESTY AS WELL AS PRICE!!!!!!!

I went in nervous, I always do with a dental procedure. BUT the staff was awesome and they all made me feel better. Pricing was just as discussed when I made my appt. I went for an extraction, no pressure into changing my mind, and left there with peace of mind. This was yesterday and I am just fine today. Thank you Staff at Aspen Dental n Ft O.
