I’m 72 year old business man and an avid car collector. This man is a poor example of businessman. 69 Camaro I bought from him was done in such a was to cover problems for a quick sale. Having to put a ton of money in to make it drivable. So far total suspension, rear body, trunk floor, transmission seals, brakes, and I can go on. It’s not so much it had problems, it’s the way it was covered up to deceive the buyer. I’m baffled how he stays in business.
we stopped in to look at a Ford Explorer, But seen a really cute Ford Focus, Leandra was our sales girl and she was REALLY fun to negotiate with, Yup, We bought the Focus, Drove the Focus all the way back to Appleton Wisconsin,,,,,1577 miles,,,,,Car averaged 36.8 mpg, ;-) Ran great too with not a single problem, Thank you Leandra for the Ford Focus and for being NEGOTIABLE on your price, ;-)
I had a very good experience buying a car form this dealership. Sales person was very honest and kind.
I was in need of a vechile for the month so i searched for rentals near me in Lehigh and found this company. First car that I rented was 2002 White Sonata which over phone I was promised a BMW but when I arrived they told me me that was the only vechile available and would call me as soon as a new one came in I ended up having the white car for about 4 days when I realized It had roaches I brought the car back and was given a new one which was reasonable and ok now due to a family emergency I wasnt able to return the car till about 5 hours late and I was told no problem the owner would be in on Monday to return my deposit. Now speaking with owner he tells me I’m two days late and is keeping my deposit of $100 when I’m only 5 hours late and don’t mind paying the daily rate of 43 but he will not return. Do not use this company the cars are dirty and ran down and they are completely unprofessional!
Made an appointment with Jayson to look at a specific car, brought cash and drove from Estero up there. He scheduled another couple at the same time. I didn't even get to test drive it, he let them drive it first, and sold it to them, even though we were there and looked it over first. I wasted my time coming from Estero up there. I think the guy was a buddy of his, cause the lady with him, looked exactly like the salesman's wife. Something shady going on. What a complete waste of time and gas money driving there.
I purchased a 1966 Chevelle on E-bay from this guy. He totally misrepresented the car. I even spoke with him on the phone. Car is total junk. In todays world you definitely need to go check the car out personally. It is guys like this that are ruining the hobby.
Worst Experience...Physically Threatened me, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, REFUSED to GIVE REFUND of $ 1000, He tried to sell me car: 2005 Saturn with 157000 miles on it with poor condition inside (seats had multiple tears plus very dirty inside) for $ 3200 which was not even worth $ 500 on KBB.com. I made mistake by letting him do $ 1000 transaction as down payment. I was in hurry to go to office. My wife showed me car's value in evening at KBB.com. I called him and refused to get car and asked for refund as I did not sign any legal papers. He REFUSED to refund my money and asked me to come to dealership for refund. I went multiple times and he still refused to refund and finally threatened me by hurting physically. I called my bank and disputed this transaction. I have called police to lodge a complaint about him for threatening me. I am gonna lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau too. So that He cannot threaten physically anyone else and grab anyone else's money, as I donot encourage this dishonest behavior. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to my family and friends.
After days of searching for a good used vehicle I came upon the Auto express South dealership and found the perfect car. I also found a great group of knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy people who made this a truly pleasurable buying experience. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Great cars, great condition, great prices
This company straight up false advertised a 2008 yukon that was sold MONTHS ago. I spent numerous hours on a deal for a truck that didn't even exist. Ricky Fuller straight LIED. I paid my mechanic $200 to come check out a vehicle that waant even in there inventory then was told it was ay there other lot, we drove to other lot on colonial where we found out truck HASN'T been there. I will be filing a case with BBB & against there business license add I am now out money due to the shady business. BUYER BEWARE OF THE SCAMS HERE.
I'd really like to rate this guy zero stars due the the way the car, a red 1967 Cougar, was misrepresented. It LOOKS great in the multitude of pics provided on ebay and the Cougar Club site he also posted on! Typically of a lot of used/classic car dealers, any problems with their cars are generally omitted from the description, and only the good stuff is mentioned. I bought the car over the phone (mistake number one!) , because Tom sounded like he was giving me the straight scoop on my questions. Did it have a rebuilt engine? Answer, yes. Does it need anything at all mechanically? Answer, No, just drive it! Well... not exactly! The tires were old, starting to rot, and could not be balanced, hence the bumpy ride. The car was VERY noisy on start up with a knock in the motor which would gradually go away, but it still won't run smoothly despite my mechanic going over it and adjusting timing/carb, etc. Many receipts were shown on his ebay presentation, but a recent one showing compression ranging between 122 and 148 were not. The shop that did the test said a "wet test" (compression goes up) revealed the rings were worn; hardly those of a rebuilt engine. The headlights would go off at night and the sequential tail lights would stop working. Wound up replacing the Alt, VR, headlight switch, high beam switch, and having to clean up a number of elusive corroded connections. Seems OK now. Rear brakes had to be replaced(& drums turned) due to a hard pull to right at higher speeds. He also claimed in his description that all chrome was "like new". Hardly! Bumpers look OK, but expensive items like vent window, AC/heater outlet escutcheons, shift lever bezel, etc, were badly pitted. Of course, none of the "negative stuff" was shown in the pics! Oh, and the windshield has numerous scratches on it, also not mentioned. There are probably a few more things I could mention, but space grows short. If you buy from him, go see the car in person! GOOD LUCK!
