For the month of May 2016, June 2016, and July 2016 I included $40.00 a month that was in my lease agreement for AAA Realty to provide service to my well system. They never came to do the service on the months listed. For June and July 2016 AAA Realty was aware a new Management company would be taking over because there lack of professional. They lost my house key and should be responsible for changing my locks so I feel safe in my home but they haven't done one single repair I asked. AAA Realty kept collecting my monthly $40.00 water system payment knowing they were not coming to service my well. They should have told e to not include it in with my rent. I went to the office on Beacon Manor on 8/8/16 an asked for my refund an I just received an excuse from Jose one of the owners.
Terrible! I got a voicemail this morning from maurece and Jackey trash talking calling me all sorts of names, I got ahold of the actual owner of my appartment and sent him over the voicemail, they are now out of a job because of this! They will harass you numerous times a month do not go threw with these people!!
Every year you have to resubmit your lease to the association so they can collect another fee, but don't bother having them do that in any sort of logical or timely fashion. Last year they had over 30 residents on the ''do not allow entrance'' list that had already submitted their information months earlier. I had to call them over 5 times to try to get them to approve mine, but they kept losing documents, accidentally disabling bar codes for gate access, and finally even getting my information swapped with my neighbors. Twice. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe Tropical Isles Management. And they treat you with utmost contempt. Stay away from sail harbor and this ridiculous mgmt group.
I lived at Montego Bay Apartments in Ft. Myers, Florida. The owners and managers, Property Counselors Management Group (PCMG) falsified an eviction against me while I was out of the state, entered my apartment without legal notice and stole everything I owned. Their excuse was that they misapplied the rent I had prepaid to other accounts. I had to hire an attorney and private investigator to have part of my belongings returned, which were damaged and piled in a storage room at the clubhouse for me to retrieve. When I arrived after traveling from out-of-state, they had their attorney and property appraiser there who berated and belittled me. To this day, the employees still hold many items that were in my family for generations including our family Bible, three paintings done by my mother and the flag from my grandfather’s coffin. Throughout this ordeal the owners and employees continually lied and covered up. I would strongly recommend that you do not lease their properties or transact any business with them.
Very unprofessional and not honest! Beware of going through this realty group!I found a listing on craigslist from the Executive Realty Group and responded by an email. I received an email back telling me to contact Mark who would set up a time for me to view the townhouse. I spoke with Mark and set up a viewing 2 days later. After viewing the house, I told Mark I was interested but noticed the ad listed a Nov. 5th move in, but I would need to move by Nov. 1st. He stated this would not be an issue, as the tenant was moving on Oct. 30th and he would be able to do the cleaning needed by the 1st. I filled out all paperwork and gave my $50 application check the same day. I would have never sent in any application if I was told Nov. 5th was the earliest move in. My application and credit was approved and Mark sent me a lease stating Nov. 5 as the move in date, so I immediately contacted him to confirm I would be able to move (at least my belongings) by Nov. 1st since I needed to out of my current place. Mark sent multiple emails stating he would see what he could do, he was discussing the moving with the current tenant and after a weeks time, suggested I get a storage pod for 5 days. Based on his poor follow up and wavering back and forth on move in dates, I decided I would just need to find a new place. Just beware that you confirm dates before signing anything or sending any money!
