The moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed, you are offered a beverage, and the salon is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, funny and amazingly talented. It is genuinely an experience you'll want to pamper yourself with.

All I can say is from the moment you walk in your troubles fade away. I had been looking for a permanent salon for quite some time. I've gone to other salons and just always felt blah... Not this time!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted right away with a smiling young lady behind the front desk, and she instantly asked me what I would enjoy as a beverage. I didn't even have a chance to sit down in the waiting area, when my stylist appeared asking me if I am ready to begin. The shampoo was phenomenal, the scalp massage was amazing!! I had to have the shampoo prior to my color due to having hard water build-up on my hair. After applying the hair color, I enjoyed a long lasting hand massage, and got to enjoy an aromatherapy journey. There is nothing like being fully relaxed and asked to close your eyes as scents are applied as they are telling you a story. Hair color came out beautiful!! It looks like light just reflects off of it!! Cut came out perfect! I will no longer go anywhere else, I have found my Salon!!

Service was great! Mahogany was very nice, and did a wonderful job on my hair. Everyone in the shop was friendly, and I enjoyed spending time there to get my hair done. Service was fast! Great stylist

When I went to make an appointment the Lady seemed very rude and stressed. Had multiple people in there waiting. Only one stylist. I've went back the next day to confirm what I can come in she was still rude telling me she's an early bird and it takes time to straighten my hair. I don't know if I want to ever go back there again.

I have had a hard time finding someone to do a good job on my hair. But I had a honeymoon cruise to go on. So I found Donna here. I wanted my hair colored with highlights and then textured with a light perm. We did this in 2 steps. She did a great job and I loved how easy it was to care for. Glad I found Donna!

Usually our environment is very friendly and professional , we try to work with everyone's needs and ensure all customers leave happy and satisfied . Though on busy days it can get a little hectic we try to remain calm and collected. For that reason we do not schedule appointments, we are strictly walk in to keep everything fair.
