My one star rating is because their employees at the summerlin location stole my credit card number and purchased Visa cards on an app soon after I picked up my pizzas. Never will I go there again. Called to talk to a manager. Was told there is none. Maybe that's why employees are stealing
I ordered online and received the wrong toppings. My garlic knots sucked. The manager was rude when i called. I finally got my correct pizza. It was slopily made. Skip this Papa John's for sure. I give them a negative rating for customer service and quality of food. Hard pass.
this business is very disgusting, order my food online and when it finally got to my apartment it was 2 hrs later and soggy then i called them back and the manager was very rude and yelled at me trying to tell me how my pizza needs to look and is. i will never order from this location again
No atmosphere, outrageous prices, unbearable! just go to Pizza Fusion, where it's worth it to pay that much money for the pie because of the service and actual quality of the pizza.
Everything is outrageously pricey, the place only has one small TV set. The pizza comes with more grease than pizza- and want a garlic knot? "That will be $1 and change please!" What a joke.
worst experience ever appalled at how nasty the management is jill came to our table to discuss my special request Im 8 1/2 months pregnant all I wanted was chicken parmigiana with Alfredo instead of red sauce red sauce gives me acid reflux and they cant do that her excuse was they prep for seven hours a day and thats not on the menu it was a simple request they have Alfredo with grilled chicken and a chicken parm sandwich with fried chicken also a chicken parm dinner totally appalled that she was a manager and so nasty to us our server amber was nice so we paid for our app and drinks and went to olive garden where they happily made my meal and it was delicious being an Italian woman I know how easy it is to make chicken parmigiana with Alfredo instead of red sauce we are full time residents and will never go back ps olive garden was delicious and wayyyyyy chaeper! !!!!
We took my niece and nephews to Chuck E. Cheese's for this first time yesterday, it was my first time too. While it seems a bit crammed, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a vast variety of games to choose from, the food was great and Chuck came out on time every time. Even during my niece's meltdown, because she was tired, the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. THE MALE OWNER FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND THREATENED ME. I went in to purchase 2 pizzas. Which mysteriously added to $45 dollars (which they did not tell us on the phone when we ordered). I asked to split payment between mine and my friend's credit cards. I asked if they could either place 1/3rd of the price on one card and and 2/3rd on mine or put a specified dollar amount on one and the remainder on the other. To both questions, they answered No. I asked if they know who their credit card vendor is because, knowing a little something about credit card payment processing vendors, they could ask them to include additional features in their payment software.The brown haired female owner told me I was hassling her and that I could leave. I split the check in half making payment with the clerk operating the cash register (an iPad with a creditcard machine and cash drawer attached) while continuing to be berated by the owner, signed the bills and nearly forgot my pizza I was so insulted at the customer service. The owner did help me remember by sarcastically yelling out, "Don't you want the pizza?" I walked out trying to leave my last words as, "This is no way to treat a customer," but the male owner FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE SHOP! He yelled at me, "DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE?" Knowing my safety was best served by using my voice I shouted my reply so other people in the shopping center could hear, "ARE YOU CHASING ME!?" This caused the male owner to return as I quickly unlocked my car and sped home. Please do not give these people your business. They would rather fight than earn your business if you give them a suggestion.I am posting this warning everywhere.
Absolute joke. 2 hours and still no delivery. It is a Tuesday night (they must be busy). A simple call to tell me that I won't have my delivery within a reasonable time or at least it won't be made at all would have been nice. Dominos will be getting all my business. Can I give them negative stars??
