Wonderful Realtors to work with. They kept in touch and treated us professionally and fairly. Fort Myers deserved a great real estate company and boy did they get one! Great job!

The pool is very small. No jacuzzi! The resident women at the pool act like they own the pool. Very very bossy & snobs!! It's not people or kid friendly. I would not recommend buying or renting here!! We checked out 3 weeks early as we were disappointed. The only good thing is the location!!
Most unprofessional group of people I have ever met, twice had a closing that two days before we had to call them to see of it was still on of course it was not buyer could not get a loan which can happen I understand this can happen but no communication or poor at best with century 21 six mile cypress. BE CAREFULL with these amateur realitors
I highly recommend this company. They bought my house fast and I didn't have to make any repairs or renovations. They paid the closing costs and I didn't have to pay a commission. I ended up netting about what I would have if I had paid to renovate my property and sell it through a realtor, but that would have taken months. They made selling my property a dream instead of a nightmare.
I have rented from this company for over 6 years and when I went to leave they tried to sue me for damages that we considered normal wear and tear on the property. I would never rent nor tell anyone to rent from them again. Horrible company not to mention that they increased my rent without notification on several occasions then made me pay back pay for the difference for the lease. That is why towards the last year I decided to buy my own home to no longer deal with the headache of their company.
Always available and they were great with follow-up. The end result was a great deal we had worked out!
Fantastic job! My wife and I had plans to purchase a home in Fort Myers. We had an idea of the area we wanted to live in, but we were not sure of which gated community to choose. A friend recommended that we call Colonial Palms Real Estate. They had the closest office to the communities we were interested in, so we figured they would know the area the best. They did an absolutely perfect job. Mary was a sweetheart and had all of the information on the various amenities & fees for each of the communities, and John was outstanding at determining the proper price for each home. They set up appointments for homes that fit what we were looking for, and answered every question we had. When we finally chose a home that we loved, they did an amazing job of negotiating. We could not be happier. Thank you Mary and John for all your help! On top of everything, they provided a free cruise as a buyer bonus.
Our AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night. Not only did it take 9 hours to get a return phone call, we were told it would be a minimum of 36 hours before she would get someone out here. We made an arrangement that we would find someone sooner and she agreed to take the cost from our rent. The company shows up, gives a quote, and she sends him away. She does not care about her tenants. I have a 2 month old and a 7 year old. Its the end of February and 85 degrees outside. We need AC. I'm so glad to be paying an outrageous rent for a home that so far as had a broken water softener, broken dryer, leaky washing machine and now broken AC. I will never rend from this company ever again.
