        Overall

        On April 7, 2011 I purchased a new Carrier Air Handler from Union Mechanical Inc ( John Barbour) which came with a 10 year parts warranty. On November 15, 2016 I had to replace the blower motor. The manufacturer said the motor was out of warranty because it was not registered online with the install. Union Mechanical has refused to respond to my repeated requests for compensation of a new blower motor or my cost of $605.03.
