I could not be happier start to finish. From initial consultation and assessment after Hurricane Ian to complete system replacement today every employee from Ryan, Mike ,Daryl to Brenda in the office… top notch. Thank you for a job well done at a fair price.

It started with a phone call from Kaylynn to remind me of my upcoming AC service call and was ready to schedual the appointment, I asked if Sagar was available and he was. On the day of the appointment they kept me informed as to when Sagar was to arrive and he was right on time. My service was very professional and friendly. Sagar kept me informed as to how the service was going with some helpful insights to keeping my AC running at the perfect capacity. I'm looking forward to working with them again for my next service.

Mark and Tyler did a great job on my installation. During Mark's first site visit he knew exactly what was needed and made some recommendations. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company but most importantly I would recommend the installers. They are the face of the company.

I am extremely impressed with this company. Nathan was my service tech today, and he went above and beyond to make the repair happen today. Nathan (as with everyone I’ve dealt with in this company) was a complete professional, HONEST, hard working.... basically what you’d hope for in a service company. Our technician, Kasey L, was so professional and helpful today. He not only performed our 6 month maintenance on our AC, but educated us on how to clean out the overflow outside the house in order to keep our system working great between maintenance visits. Great Job Kasey L !!!

Two days ago my ac went out so I called a repair company that was well reviewed on line. They quoted me $470 for the repair. Given that the unit is 13 years old I decided that is too much so I decided to get quotes on a new system from a few companies, one of which was Sunset. Grant arrived and asked what was wrong with it. I told him the diagnosis I had gotten from the other company and he said that is an under $200 repair. He looked it over, had the part in his truck, and repaired it in 10 minutes..... $175 !! I am no longer in the market for a new ac unit at a cost of $5000 to $7000! Next time, just call Sunset!

Kaylynn understood my time frame and made it work. Nathan was right on time, to the minute, which was a tremendous help to me. He went right to work, explained in detail, everything he was going to do and then did it in a timely and professional manner. From the very first visit by Ryan to assess our old aircon unit and quotation for a new unit to the final installation I was impressed by the professionalism and customer service orientation of every employee with whom I came in contact.

Lydia was so helpful in getting a county permit finalized. She researched what had happened and followed up as promised, including arranging for the inspector to meet me at the property. As a realtor, I occasionally help property owners with issues like this, and Lydia's diligence saved me a lot of time!

This was a semi-annual maintenance on our A/C system. Kasey was friendly and professional. He called to let us know he was on the way, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Then he quietly went about completing the checks and didn’t leave anything behind. When he was finished he went through the invoice and then left with a smile. I hope we get him again!
