Starbucks Coffee

I love this location and it is usually great. However today I have had the worst service and product from this location I have had from any Starbucks restaurant ever. Lenner looked like she was less than happy to see me when taking my order, didn't even say hi, walked away as I was paying randomly and didn't even come back to ask me if I wanted a receipt. I wait 20 minutes to get my coffee without anyone announcing my name as they usually do and my hot cafe late was ice cold because they couldn't be bothered to steam the milk because they were too busy chatting.....management needs to get this shift and team in check. I work in hospitality/service and I will not be back on Friday morning if this staff is present.
