I never had such a bad hair cut and I've been going to the beauty schools having students cut my hair since my regular stylist moved. The hair cut was extremely rushed so I knew I was in trouble since I have thick hair. Sure enough, got home and found long pieces and short pieces all over. I looked like a cancer patient going thru chemo. I called th next day & was able to have the manager fix it, but her attitude was I must've been in the wrong for this lousy haircut, she said I probably wasnt specific enough & she asked me several times making a point I didnt have a picture to show what I wanted. Then she proceeded to cut my hair dry! I had to ask her to wet it down several times. My hair has a lot of wave and it wont cut even unless wet. I didnt know an evenly cut short layer haircut was so difficult. This place is awful. I thought for $25 I'd get a good haircut, but I was wrong. Lesson learned. I will never be a walk-in again. Go to a sstylist on recommendation only!
