I agree with the bad reviews, every time I call to speak to someone I get the run around, and don't get a return phone call until I keep calling for an answer to my questions usually takes about a week or more. No lie, and sometimes I do get an attitude from Dana. I believe that's how you spell her name. Their office is supposed to be open 9-5 mon. thru Fri., but I just called and got their answering service whom doesn't even know their fax number, which is just annoying. Mr. Witcomb your a great attorney but things could be improved in the way your office runs.

After going to THREE other Attorneys. ONE of which told me to go home and get my money, I found Attorney Whitcomb. I was treated with respect and felt ever so comfortable with him and his Paralegal...My wages were being garnished and they took care of my case Immediately!!!I would HIGHLY recommend this Attorney to everyone. HE DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE ALL THE OTHER ATTORNEYS DO!!!It was hard enough for myself and my husband to do this....We needed help fast...So, I dont know who made that negative accusation about this firm. THEY are dead wrong. They are a great Team and come HIGHLY recommended from me and my husband. He treated us great. We loved his little office too..Very homey...

I would not recommend Attorney William Whitcomb. When you first file your case he will meet with you & when your case goes to court he will show up. After that you'll never get to speak with him. If you call his assistant (who has an additude) she will call you back and is no help at all. I called to tell them my mortgage company was violating the automatic stay by calling me & she told me basically your lucky that is all their doing. If your looking for an attorney who will fight for your rights this is not the attorney for you. Another lazy attorney that you will never get to speak with. Beware.
