Worst service I have ever experienced.There were 2 very unprofessional female employees working there 11/19/2015.
Loan accounts are unavailable online for review by customers. You must call and ask for the information. This is customer service that is far below established lending institutions.
the loan manager is a very rude lady: Dawn quintno consumer relation.. she hangs up the phone on you and is very non chalant
1 banker taking care of special banking needs, for customers. Had 6 customers waiting over an hour for assistance. 2 left in frustration. Took over an hour to get a wire transfer done.
Hideous experience with this company and Gianna! Very poor communication, dragged her feet every step of the way with me having to constantly contact her for information, then to find they wouldn't approve me at the last minute, when it was too late to look elsewhere was NOT good business! The reason? My ex did not take me off the mortgage (owes about $30,000 and he's an airline pilot who is remarried - do you really think he's going to go into default on HIS airport dream home???). The divorce specified he was to assume it and other mortgage companies I tried to line up said there would not have been any problem with that, but there wasn't enough time to process before the closing date - luckily I had cash to pay for the home, but it was ridiculous what this b**** put me through! No excuse for the way she treated me!
Have branches in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres. A great local bank with very friendly people working there.
