Horrible service! Day one , said they would come at 1 pm called at 11 said they were almost at house- we were not home and made allowances said we would come at 12 , then still didn’t show up until 2 pm, Guy didn’t have the right tool to put in dishwasher felt like he didn’t really want to do it it wasn’t a really hard job the washing machine didn’t work they had to come back the next day that I take the dishwasher even that was sent out the front lazy workers now the dishwasher doesn’t work we been waiting all day for them to come they said they were Naples Now they are in Cape Coral back and back and back and forth again they’re horrible do not use them

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. What HORRIBLE service from Rubin the owner. Sold me a dishwasher that didn't work properly and then went rounds with me on coming out to fix it, not showing up on 4 separate occasions! First insulting me by telling me I was using cheap detergent, then offering to replace it, but still never showing up with one excuse after another! I have a chain of text messages to prove it. I finally called a repair company who came out to find some error codes on the dishwasher, reprogrammed those and was done! Unbelievable! Rubin is a crook. Take your business elsewhere.
I purchased a GE Advantium microwave oven from Bill Smith Appliances just over three (3) months ago and have already had three (3) service calls on it. A wire to the surface light was not connected at the factory. The convection oven took 30 to 45 minutes to preheat, if it even got to the preheat temperature. The control panel board shorts out and turns the oven off if you are cooking on the surface unit. The exhaust fan does not turn on to protect the oven if the surface unit over heats the microwave. The service man from Bill Smith just lied to me and said the microwave did not have this feature. I am an older person and I have become afraid to use the unit. I am afraid it could short out and set my house on fire. The service man stated that we had to manually turn on the exhaust fan to prevent overheating and moisture getting to the controls. I even tried whad he told me and the unit still shorted out and shut-down. I have talked to GE and Bill Smith about my fears and they have not done anything. They keep sending out service men to fix the problems and they just keep lying to me. I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND BILL SMITH APPLIANCES OR ANY GE APPLIANCES TO ANY ONE.
