Had a family member pass away, called to have Tyler come out and install new lock on door and patio door. Had appt for Mon., May 4th, 2018. Told him we would be in town for about three days cleaning out place to sell. He NEVER showed up nor did he return my calls as to why he wasn't coming. Would NOT recommend this company. For a family already grieving, he didn't have the decency to call to say he would come later, or cancel altogether. Horrible service.
I should have read the reviews here before hiring John and Prime. John demanded to be paid the majority of the money, however the contract read when certain items were completed he would be paid. I referred him to the contract he signed. He then said he would not finish the job, he walked off with the job less than half done and more than half paid. He was threatened us in one of his txt messages.. Buyer beware!! Do NOT I repeat do NOT hire this company! They did shoddy work as well, installed a vanity for my kitchen island.. lolThey also installed casing all wrong with huge gaps, just a real crap job!
When I lost my car key to my 2008 Honda Accord, I've looked for a reasonable locksmith in the North Fort Myers area. I highly recommend Premier Aluminum Pool Enclosure to anyone. I have used them for the removal of my pool screen and the enclosure of my lanai and they did a perfect job! The removal of the screen cage that was damaged by Hurricane Irma was quick and easy. Most importantly, they took all the aluminum away for me. Premier Aluminum enclosed my lanai with the beautiful and durable super screen and door. The men were courteous and kind and didn't excellent job. I am extremely pleased with not only the product that Premier Aluminum delivered, but also their service. Viginia was extremely helpful over the phone and really professional and friendly.

This business is ran very poorly the tech didn't know much what he was doing he had to get his boss to come over within the hour they had the tumbler out of my car that was the only work that they did between a half an hour to an hour's worth of work at that point they left and I didn't see him back until well into the night then he had his wife with him and told me sorry I had errands to run as well but we won't charge you. I said okay at this point he asked for $20 for gas for trying to find the right Tumblr which I had already previously bought this is where the scam for more money came about he did not give me a receipt and he hurried up and left I've never seen him again since then or his Tech until Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock p.m. where they said I owe them a huge amount of money I told him no they said okay we will settle for and they gave me a cash amount. I paid it they gave me a receipt. Now I have gotten non-stop calls from New York numbers saying I owe them more money.
I am still waiting for RL James to finish the repairs on my condo building in Dunedin. An employee took apart some of the concrete on the building and it has been laying on the ground for months and still no one has returned to repair it or at least clean it up. Wood has been exposed for months now.
Jason McArthur is one of those techs, that once you find him you would follow him anywhere!!! Years ago my AC just stopped. The AC company I called came out and told me I needed a $4000 outside unit. I called Kobie cooling for a second opinion. They sent Jason. It turned out I needed a new outside AC BREAKER (A couple dollar part)!!!! I have moved many times since those days with many AC issues. I always request Jason. He can fix anything (most of my units have been older). He is knowledgeable, cares about his customers, and most important – honest. He tells it like it is. He can give you a temporary fix if that is all you can afford, but makes it clear that sooner or later your unit will need to be replaced. By then he has developed trust and a good repore. He will save you money and give you accurate facts so that you can make educated decisions. Good work Jason !!!!!!!!
