If I could rate this a negative star I would. I have been using stadium dry cleaners do a few years now and never had an issue. I recently brought my 1 year old suit to be dry cleaned before heading to Canada for my cousins wedding. The day of the wedding I put the suit on and could not zipper the pants they were so small. The jacket felt like it could rip at the seams. I missed the ceremony because I had to purchase/hem new pants. Upon returning I spoke to Victoria who told me she would speak to the owner. The next day she called and wanted me to bring the suit in. I brought the suit, pictures showing the suit didn't fit and a picture from a previous wedding (1 month ago) that shows the suit fitting perfectly. The owner refused to reimburse me the cost of the suit ($200) or the cost to dry clean the suit ($20). He offered me a $100 credit and said that's all he can do for me. I will never bring my clothes to this dry cleaners and neither will my family! Horrible way to do business sir
Lost garments, items not ready when promised, no accountability, no solutions offered, stay far away
I recently started going to One Price Dry Cleaning for my husband's uniform (it needs to be dry cleaned and pressed with precision). I cannot even explain how satisfied I am with the job they do and the price! Since the very beginning, they always greet me with a smile--the majority of employees even know my name/ask how my husband is doing. They do such a great job and thank God they know how to press my husbands uniform correctly (otherwise, he'd be stuck with crooked iron lines and I imagine a whole bunch of pt/extra push-ups). I highly recommend One Price Dry Cleaning!
Horrible customer service. They will lose your stuff! I dropped off several pairs of pants to be laundered and starched. When I went to pick them up, I was told one pair was missing. After several weeks of "I don't know, we will look, I don't know, I don't know, I will get management to call you. They never did call. Obviously they care nothing about customer service. I called and asked for reimbursement and a phone from management - once again never heard from them. This was an expensive pair of pants. Hey - new management - guess what you know nothing about customer service. You have lost a valuable customer. Wise up or you will lose many.
