We did not know they closed at 9:30PM. We got there at 9:25PM, there was still a line of people when the doors where locked after we got there. When we finally got to the counter there was no meats left and were told the kitchen had closed already (by the way the regular chef was not working on 5/12/17). I thought that in the restaurant business you take care of your customers in the store and then you close your kitchen. I don't make it a habit of going to restaurants right before they close, but to be sent away after waiting in line for 15 minutes and told the kitchen had already closed is unacceptable and therefore I will not give that specific restaurant my business ever again. My recommendation is don't go there around 9PM if you expect to eat, because you will not.
i the resturaunt worked here as a shift manager in 98 hopefully it has satyed the same as it always has been
Not only did I have to wait after going through the drive through, but when I got my food I bit into a piece of bone in a chicken burger and BK has refused to pay to fix my tooth.
Just tried to get an order this morning and all the workers I could see were too busy looking at their phone to wait on me. I just had to drive away because nobody ever answered the outside call box. This place is disguesting.
I felt like having fish last night. I hesitated to go to Long John Silvers on Dani Drive, because it has never been good . However, I did go there and ordered a fish and cole slaw meal. The fish was not hot and it was greasy. I went back inside the restaurant and told them about my meal. The man said it would take 3 minutes. I waited at least 10-15 minutes and went back up to the counter to ask about my order. The staff was very unprofessional, to say the least. I finally did get my fish, and it was surprisingly delicious and hot! My question is this: how can I be assured of consistent quality in the future? 1 star
Very slow service. They forget to give all items in order. Do Not visit. Nice that they are a buffet and clean. But they move slowly and are too busy talking to care about customers.
This lady that works at 12 30 so rude made us take twice the drive thru just to tell us they dont have ice cream available instead of giving us 2 orders at the same time! She acted very rude
the store has a very hard time getting the order correct. not worth the hassle going to this location when going south a couple more miles there is a store that gets it right!Gayle
This is the worst store I have ever been to worst management an employee team I have worked for McDonalds before and they do not meetings McDonald's standards standards at all
