I was excited to go in and upgrade my internet speed, but we were not properly greeted by the black girl with glasses at the front named Katrina. She seemed mad at the world and at me for being happy, upbeat and for me saying hello to her and asking her how she was doing. I don't know how this store will make it with someone like that standing at the front. She belongs in the back with that ugly stankface that she presented us with today. Highly disappointed. I hope her manager retrains her on how to remove the stankface and at least appear to be half way friendly when customer's come in. Not sure if we want to go back into the office to pick up equipment to upgrade, especially if it means that we will have to see Katrina and the ugly mean look on her face.I will say that the Comcast internet product is awesome though!
