I was in need of a vechile for the month so i searched for rentals near me in Lehigh and found this company. First car that I rented was 2002 White Sonata which over phone I was promised a BMW but when I arrived they told me me that was the only vechile available and would call me as soon as a new one came in I ended up having the white car for about 4 days when I realized It had roaches I brought the car back and was given a new one which was reasonable and ok now due to a family emergency I wasnt able to return the car till about 5 hours late and I was told no problem the owner would be in on Monday to return my deposit.Now speaking with owner he tells me I’m two days late and is keeping my deposit of $100 when I’m only 5 hours late and don’t mind paying the daily rate of 43 but he will not return. Do not use this company the cars are dirty and ran down and they are completely unprofessional!

Made an appointment with Jayson to look at a specific car, brought cash and drove from Estero up there. He scheduled another couple at the same time. I didn't even get to test drive it, he let them drive it first, and sold it to them, even though we were there and looked it over first. I wasted my time coming from Estero up there. I think the guy was a buddy of his, cause the lady with him, looked exactly like the salesman's wife. Something shady going on. What a complete waste of time and gas money driving there.
I purchased a 1966 Chevelle on E-bay from this guy. He totally misrepresented the car. I even spoke with him on the phone. Car is total junk. In todays world you definitely need to go check the car out personally. It is guys like this that are ruining the hobby.
First off I want to say that I live in North Carolina, No where near Fort Myers, FL and I do not personally know Manfred himself. I bought a 2011 K9 250 Big Dog from, "Haus of Trikes and Bikes" on the internet and had the Bike shipped to my house, so I did not know if the Bike had any issues at all. When I received the Bike the first thing i noticed was that the battery was dead, so I tried charging it up so see if it would work. Unfortunately the battery did not take a charge as I was thinking it would have. With this being said, I had to go out and buy a Brand New Battery. After I received the battery I took the Bike for a test drive. Come to find out I had no back breaks and the rotor was completely ate up, plus my break lights were not working as they should and a few other issues that had to be fixed as well. When I called up Manfred and explained everything to him, he was more than man enough to send me a check to cover most of my expenses for fixing the Bike. This is why I am giving him a 5 star rating because one thing Florida does not have a state inspection like North Carolina and he did not have to help me with the Lighting issues on the Bike. As for the dealership being out of state and resolving these issues was awesome because even in-state dealerships would have probably told me to go to Hell. I just want to thank Manfred and his Team for everything they have done for me to getting my Bike to where I can get it legally inspected in North Carolina. Worst Experience...Physically Threatened me, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, REFUSED to GIVE REFUND of $ 1000, He tried to sell me car: 2005 Saturn with 157000 miles on it with poor condition inside (seats had multiple tears plus very dirty inside) for $ 3200 which was not even worth $ 500 on KBB.com. I made mistake by letting him do $ 1000 transaction as down payment. I was in hurry to go to office. My wife showed me car's value in evening at KBB.com. I called him and refused to get car and asked for refund as I did not sign any legal papers. He REFUSED to refund my money and asked me to come to dealership for refund. I went multiple times and he still refused to refund and finally threatened me by hurting physically. I called my bank and disputed this transaction. I have called police to lodge a complaint about him for threatening me. I am gonna lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau too. So that He cannot threaten physically anyone else and grab anyone else's money, as I donot encourage this dishonest behavior. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to my family and friends.
After days of searching for a good used vehicle I came upon the Auto express South dealership and found the perfect car. I also found a great group of knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy people who made this a truly pleasurable buying experience. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. Took my bike in just get some tires on my BMW because BMW dealership was a week out. Three times back to dealer for air not holding in front tire. Oh yes they will charge you again and make excuse why total joke. Oh yes they don't color match wieght for black rims or put valve stem caps on standard practice I guess. Final straw technician Terroni should go back to mechanic school because he never tighten back bolts so my back tire almost locked up. If you get anything out of this please for your safety seek another place to get service.

First time experiance was horrible to get my husbands bike repaired. Price kept changing but no more parts being replaced. Disgusted at their ability to follow up and their lack of compassion that it is my only means of transportation. Part received after 10am today takes 15 min to put in but they said they dont work on nothin after 10am. My handler for the repair wont call back so it is no surprise the general manager wont either when requested. My bike has been there for a cable clutch since friday. Hope the general manager sees how disgusted i am and follows up because i am extremely disatisfied in your companys behavior, lack of compassion and lack there of customer service.
