Full of bed bugs and filth!!!! Horrible management and service!!!! All drug dealers and dug addicts and known for prostitution and even worse environment for kids and for women
This was one of the nastiest, filthy, disgusting places I've ever stayed. I didn't even want to walk on the gross carpet. The floor wasn't vacuumed, no trash can liners the bathroom has someone else's clothes were hanging on the bathroom door. I will never ever stay here again.
Bedbugs. Had to leave. The front desk clerk was very kind about offering a refund, though. I stay in Days Inns frequently, but the room quality was bad, even for that brand.
Very clean , flight got in late couldn't sleep patrons were loud at night. Staff and manegament is very inconsiderate , the worst stay ever and I have stayed in over 11 I'm my 3 yrs of traveling across the U.S.A. for business . I will stay somewhere else from now on.
I made a reservation at this Travelodge using Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms available, and I would not be able to stay there. They showed me the fax they had received from the booking agency several hours earlier, but upon receiving this fax they decided to take no action to ensure that my room would be available. The girl at the front desk, Sonia, was extremely rude and condescending to my family and I. She even went so far as to imply that the situation was our fault, for booking a reservation the day we were planning to check in. We had made our reservation more than twelve hours prior, the booking agency listed several available rooms, there was no fine print saying our room was not guaranteed to be available. We received a confirmation of our booking, and no communication from Travelodge or Booking.com indicating that there was no room for us. We were several hours from home in a not-so-great neighborhood, and the hotel we reserved turned us away. Word of warning: Having a reservation doesn't mean they reserve you a room.
Front desk girls were friendly. They've got free Wifi but you can barely surf. Some photos you find on the internet are from the place across the street. Bathroom lights were broken and had mold like residue. Chair was super dirty and horribly stained, bedsheets seem clean but try picking them up (you might find tiny red surprises), I am still wondering what the stain was on my pillow, found one dirty sock from previous occupants lying on the floor, tv is from the 80s but I guess it works compared to other stuff. No coffee pot in the rooms, coffee was terrible and paper cups are not meant to carry hot liquids, holes in the blanket (guessing from the smoking rooms), carpet barely vaccumed (try walking barefoot and stepping into the white bathtub). It'd all be alright if it were a cheap motel which doesn't seem to be the case. You'd expect some basic stuff especially when you pay 125 plus a night! Place is probably owned and run by some cheap owner who only wants to squeeze as much profit as possible from this run down place.
BEWARE BEWARE----not worth any stars,,this place was not worth a dollar. my family stayed there on saturday night in room 103. they was bit by bugs everywhere. they brought there own blankets and only stayed 3 hours and have been itching bad ever since they stayed there. she went to doctors today and was told it was from bed bugs. BEWARE.
its not the ritz but its not bad, room is clean and staff is friendly.
My wife and I stayed here in a King room. The front desk staff and bell hops were ALL very courtious and helpful with local dining, driving and just generally pleasant to work with. There is a nice restaurant just accross the way in Bell Tower shops. We enjoyed our stay.
