TERRIBLE PLACE TO DEAL WITH!

My Boat was Damaged by of all people the Service Manager, putting the boat back into the storage rack.
Now I know accidents can happen but his comment was that he could straighten the rails of the top and bend things back into place and the same on the side panels? Thats just what you want to hear on a 2010 Boat ---Right? Plus we are from Michigan would he have returned the boat to us? We brought the boat back to Michigan for repair. After 60 days the boat company has now supplied all the parts needed and the labor is finished to repair the boat as per New Condition that it was in. NOW the service manager is making an offer on how much he will pay for the repair.
Off of a $4200 repair bill. Sure sounds like he could have bent all those pieces back in place. Maybe his customers should make him offers to pay his service invoices.
