        Had set up twice annual service based on one call last year - big mistake. Sent out trainee who said I needed a part replaced. I OK'd it but went out an hour later to discover he couldn't figure out how to put in new part. Called for help but the more experienced guy wasn't much better. They got it running and left a mess and had to call them 4 days later when I realized cooler constantly running but house getting hotter. Changed contactor (third one now) and tried to sell me needing more freon. Said I'd think about it. Called someone else and was present when he took off cover and found circuit board hanging by thread and another part (black cylinder) incorrectly store upside down. Said no reason to add freon. Called Horizon today to cancel future service and ask for refund for fall and told non-refundable. Don't call these guys!!
