West Town Dental Care

Extremely unethical billing practices... Overcharged as an in network provider and refused to refund the difference for months after the problem was brought to their attention. The insurance provider had to send multiple certified letters on our behalf before we finally got a refund. All for a root canal that my wife had to have redone only a year later by a different dentist. Stay far away from this provider!

Please don’t go to this dentist-they will rip you off!!!! I have never been so horrified in my life to have a dental practice try to get me to have work that I definitely did not need and who tries to commit dental fraud. I feel so badly for anyone who has unknowingly not gotten a second opinion and just believed what you were told. I was told I needed deep tissue cleaning, had an infection in my gums and had 5 cavities-I am 41 years old and have only had 1 cavity in my life. I’d had no pain, bleeding or anything. I went to my old dentist to have him give me an assessment because I just didn’t trust West Town Dental. My dentist told me I do not have one single cavity nor do I need deep tissue cleaning!!! I just needed a regular old cleaning. I rarely write reviews but it is so unprofessional and immoral for a place like West Town Dental to such a low thing!!!! It has been nearly 2 months and they still have not reimbursed the $59 they owe me either!!!!! My dentist also told me they took unnecessary x-rays which when the dental hygienist did was not very gentle & had an awful bedside manner. I felt she had no idea what she was doing. It was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had and will be writing this review anywhere I can!
