Infinite Rejuvenation

I made an appointment the first week of June for a duel massage to be done today, August 12 at 6 pm. I got a call on Thursday, August 8, that they no longer are offering duel massages in the afternoon anymore. They told me one of us could still keep the 6 pm appointment and the other would have to reschedule. If having only 1 therapist there in the afternoon is a new policy I understand, but I felt as a reputable business they should have honored the appointments that were already booked, especially the ones like mine that were booked two months out in advance. This did not happen.



I then told them I would call them back about which one of us would be keeping the 6 pm and which one of us would be rescheduling because I needed to talk to the other person. When I called back, not even 2 hours later, to confirm my 6 pm appointment and to check available dates for the other appointment, they informed me they had cancelled my appointment at 6 pm and it had already been filled. I did not give them permission to cancel my appointment and they should have never taken it amongst themselves to cancel it, especially if I had had that appointment for 2 months. They never offered to correct the mistake; in fact the receptionist did just the opposite and brushed it off.



I had already paid for the massages through groupon so it was non-refundable. I thought this was extremely poor customer service from a business that I had high expectations for. I was disappointment with my experience from this place of business.
