Be warned. All of the reviews regarding their billing and unethical practices are spot on with my experience. When I call with billing questions they reply, "can we call you back?" THEY NEVER CALL BACK. Now my bill is in collections. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. There are plenty other legit dentists in this area.
First time there today. Very Professional. Very polite. Great work. Makes me not mind going to the dentist. Give them a try.
The corporate and branch location can not get their act together when it comes to billing. I was constantly you receiving additional bills for a crown that should have been taken care of my insurance. The worst part was that no one seemed to care or want to take the time to explain why I had additional charges. To make matters worse, I showed up for a cleaning today and the staff treated me as if I was no better than a speck of dirt on their shoe. It was awful! I walked out and made a new patient appointment at the new facility that opened near Baxter. The Dental Worlks did not even care!
The hygienist was not gentle & their front office staff is the most unorganized group. They sent my bill to collections before my insurance paid for my services, after my insurance paid, they owe me money! They refuse to have the collection company remove me from collections until I pay their $200.00 collection fee, when they owe me money.
HORRIBLE! BE WARNEDThey refused to clean my teeth even though the insurance covered it unless I paid for a 175.00 deep cleaning because I had gingivitis. Also the money hungry con's said I needed 4000 in dental work...i laughed at the hygienist. Had a 2nd opinion and they said that i did not need a deep cleaning and did not have gingivitis.
The dentist told me I needed a device for my mouth and told me it was covered by my insurance. I week later I got a bill for over $500 in the mail. I called them to find out why and they told me it was just a glitch with my insurance and they would fix it. My appointment came and went and they still never resolved it. I had to call them 4 different times to check on the situation. The last time I called (2 months later) they told me I would get the device for free because of the mess they had caused. The next day I got my first phone call ever from them saying no it wasn't free after all their screw-ups and me begging for information. Katrina, the office manager, hung up on me for asking questions on why their office would tell me one thing one day and then change their story the next day. Hung up on me! I have never met a more immature, unprofessional, inept staff in all my life!To top it all off, despite my husband having great teeth with no problems, they refused to clean his teeth on his well-check and made him reschedule to come back and have them cleaned!
