Very upset that i had to make 3 trips just to receive my package on top of not having an available contact number nor estimated time of arrival for my package and for the lady to tell me that she dont know if someone will be there to assist me when i come back which was the reason why i had to come back in the 1st place because she had to get something from her home as she stated

Horrible!!! Do not believe anyone or anything from ft Lauderdale welcome center or royal seas cruises! We were lied to and ripped off!! We got to the welcome center and informed us our reservation from an all inclusive resort changed to a resort without all inclusive option and told us we would receive a refund but when we call for a refund all we were told was we wouldn't be receiving a refund and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else about it and that's after calling multiple times and talking to multiple different people. Please please do not waste your money with these crooked people!! They don't deserve one star. Worst experience ever! Please pass this information on and save others from making the mistake we did.

Calling to ask a question, I was put on hold for 5minutes then hung up on. I call again, they pick up and repeatedly hang up on purpose. I'm trying to get my vacation situated and they can't even pick up on the phone. It's like they are playing around and are rude. What horrible customer service they have!!!

Absolutely disgraceful "customer service" if that's what you want to call it. The staff were rude, disinterested and they lied to us about our accommodation. When I called them to complain about the staff member who lied to us we were given a fake name by the customer service staff member. Avoid at all costs.

The worst company ever! Do not buy tickets from them. I had a problem with my tickets and I called for help and they kept hanging up on me. This is not a serious company.

Que falta de profesionalismo la de estas personas y que manera más profesional de mentirle a las personas.Desde que salí de Cuba en el 80 nunca había regresado y ahora en el 2015 he decidido por fin regresar de visita a mi país no tengo donde quedarme separe el pasaje y el hotel con 7 semanas de anticipación y a última hora me dicen que no tengo hotel en cuba donde quedarme… Mayte después que me dijo el precio del hotel espero a última hora para triplicarme el precio del mismo y lo más lindo de esto es que se pasan la papa caliente entre ella y sus hijas y no resuelven el problema en que estoy metido ahora. Un viaje que sería lleno de emociones buenas se ha convertido en una pesadilla gracias a esta agencia llamada TROPICAL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL y el profesionalismo de mentir de estas personas.

HORRIBLE PLACE DON'T COME HERE!!! I ALMOST HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING FRAUD WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!
