Robert Mc leod of SUNLINE APPLICANCE REPAIR INC. is VERY unreliable and NASTY. He is contracted by ASSURANT SOLUTION.I called to schedule a repair on my dryer and they sent SUNLINE which is Robert. He showed at my house in tagged clothing and no ID.After banging up my dryer, he proceeds to tell he has to order a part and it will only come in 5 days. That’s u heard of. I had to call him to find out when he’s coming to repair my dryer. He said he’ll be here the next day. I said fine, can you call me in the morning by 9am to let me know when you’re on your way. Never called. At 1039am I called him to find out when is he coming. He proceeds to tell me that his tyre has a puncture and he needs to get it fixed. I was mad because he called to say he was running late. Meanwhile I’m sitting waiting for this guy to show up. VETY NASTY on the phone with his Jamaican accent. I’ve reported him and his company to BBB and other companies that he goes around representing. People BEWARE of this guy and his company. Search the name before letting him in your homes.I will have the cops sitting outside my house when he shows up to repair my dryer. Reason being ASSURANT told be I don’t have a choice.SAD!
Jason and Joseph came out to do my installation what a nice group of guys they removed the old tv and in no time the had the new one up i must say you pay for what you get thanks Sound Advice Home Automation

I would stay away from this company. On two occasions, Robert was to come and do a service call and he was very unreliable. The second time he saw the was coming at 2 PM and we waited around until 6 pm and he never showed and never even called.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ANYWHERE!!!!! I BOUGHT A KITCHEN AID (WHIRLPOOL) $2,500 REFRIGERATOR IN NOVEMBER OF 2011. IT STOPPED WORKING ABOUT A MONTH AGO, WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED BRANDSMART FOR REPAIR AS WE BOUGHT A 60 MONTH WARRANTY. AFTER 15 HOURS WASTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO SCHEDULE TECHS TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE UNIT, AND AFTER 3 TECHS CAME OUT TO SAY THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN A PERIOD OF 3 WEEKS, WHIRLPOOL NEEDED TO SEND THEIR TECHS TO LOOK AT THE REFRIGERATOR - 2 TECHS FROM WHIRLPOOL AND OUR REFRIGERATOR STILL DOES NOT WORK - 5 WEEKS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR!!! - STILL FIGHTING TO GET IT REPLACED. BRANDSMART HAS CLOSED THEIR FILES ON THIS AND SAID IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BRANDSMART AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT BUY HERE EVER. THEY SELL YOU CHEAP STUFF AND WHEN IT BREAKS, THEY WILL MAKE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO TIRE YOU, MAKE THE SITUATION AS FRUSTRATING AS POSSIBLE HOPING YOU GIVE UP AND DON'T BOTHER THEM AGAIN. DON'T SHOP HERE, YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE.

THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR WARRANTY REPAIRS AND THE WARRANTY GROUP HAS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVIC DEPARTMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS AN OBSCENE MESS AND JUMBLE OF AGGRAVATION. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY, NAMELY LINDA SOLOIS, IRENE, RENEE AND MIRIAM IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOEMR SERVICE MEANS. YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS ARE TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED WITHOUT END AND WHAT IS LIKELY IN HOPES OF JUST HOPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I CANNOT GO AWAY BECAUSE THEY OWN MY WARRANTY/SERVICE CONTRACT. JUST SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
