This company has been working on a construction project across the street from my house for a very long time. The workers blast their music in their cars at 645am and on their lunch breaks so loud that I can feel the bass vibrations from across the street. They leave their garbage, including glass bottles all over the place. They have even parked in front of my driveway on numerous occasions, blocking me from leaving or being able to park at my own home. Not sure who is running the show over there, but the lack of professionalism is disgusting.
We were referred to this company, Reliable Construction Group, by a close of friend of us. We fully remodeled a condo of ours in Pompano Beach, Florida. Our condo is on 8th floor, facing the water. Camilo, the company owner, and his crew performed an incredible job for us: there were on time, clean the condo at the end of each day, and deliver a superb job. We remodeled our two bathrooms, and we installed new kitchen with granite countertops.Key element in our project success was the ongoing communication between us and Reliable Construction Group team. Will certainly recommend Camilo and his employees at Reliable to all our friends and family.

SERIOUS BUYER BEWARE: This is by far the most inefficient, unprofessional and seriously disorganized agency I have ever dealt with. I had issues from the time I established my policy with Brandon to trying to make my payments with Cynthia, Victoria or Stephanie. They let my policy expire due to various mistakes on their part, leaving me at serious risk. They even sent me a cancellation notice and a check by mistake on one occasion that I had to send back to Brandon because he made a mistake in my invoicing schedule. This place is an absolute wreck and should not be in business. I spoke to Brice directly and he offered only a half-hearted apology, yet the issues with this agency continued after his assurances they would be corrected. I strongly advise anyone to seek coverage elsewhere. Otherwise, you will deal with a completely incompetent staff AND you will risk not having the protection you need due to misfiled paperwork and an improper customer management / servicing protocol. Big mistake.P.S. Beware of the positive ratings below posted by employees/affiliates of the agency.
