Punctuality lacking.Waited almost an hr.
This is the sketchiest company. They were 12 hours late delivering my bags. Their local phone number doesn't work. Their PR email doesn't work. The corporate headquarters refuses to talk about anything on the phone and asks you to email them then they never answer.Never ask for your bags to be delivered if delayed at FLL. Go pick them up yourself. Don't trust this company. Make sure nothing has been stolen.
I HAVE BEEN FLYING EVERY YEAR MORE THAN 12 TIME PER YEAR AND I'VE NEVER SEEN A AIRLINE LIKE THAT....BAD, ALWAYS LATE, CHARGE EVERITHING AND DON'T HAVE ANYTHING DURING THE FLY....DIRTY INSIDE AND UNPROFESIONAL.THE WORSE AIRLINE EVER SENN B4.I USED 3 TIME AND WAS BAD EACH ONE.
The Spirit web site "tricks" their customers into using their Vacation Plan to reserve rental cars and Hotels along with your flight. DON'T DO IT!!! If you cancel for any reason they will charge you for the car and hotel you never used, unlike hotels and rental car agencies that will not charge you if you cancel.Spirit Airlines practices very deceptive business practices.
Never booking with this airline again! They just want to charge u on everything. Worst service ever, I don't know y they are even still in service!! 0 star if possible
Spirit has got to be the worse airlines ever, not only do they have small tight cabins no leg room whats so ever, but they charge for everything, luggage rates are unbelieveable, carry on's & in bottom of planes storage. But they are the only airline that does FL to Atlantic City NJ. They need competition desperately.
