Ordered a small 8.5x 30” foam sign ($440 paid in full up front) in the beginning of February 2018. It was basically the same design and color as someone else who had ordered several identical signs from them. It took two weeks just to get a proof, I approved it. That was February 27 we are now in April I still don’t have a sign. I’ve called half a dozen times and every time I’m told we will call you right back and no one ever does. I call again and it’s one excuse after the next. It’s being worked on, it’s been sent away to get painted, it arrived but it was cracked so we’re making another one. Last time I called was last week Thursday I was told again by “Dan” I will call you right back. I haven’t heard from them and it’s now Saturday. Customer service is atrocious, they should be called Snail signs instead of Quick signs.
A new owner has taken over and the ladies there are fabulous! Their customer service is on point and are always happy and ready to help. I've shipped with them a couple of times already and I won't ever go to the Post Office or a regular FedEx or UPS store again.
The phone number in the listing is not theirs. It belongs to a residence. I think they went out of business.

CAUTION:SCAMMERS--This business employs telemarketers who sell "vacation packages". They use high pressure tactics and target seniors. The phone calls never stop. Guard your credit card and bank information. Caveat emptor!

There are a few people who work at this location and I have no problems with them. However there is on older lady with auburn short hair, unless she owns the store..I think they need to fire her asap.I have been in the store 3 separate times and walked out.Firstly she is absolutely condescending towards clients.First time I dropped off a package, I have done this previously with other employees and it's a thank you and good bye. This woman however says to me in a condescending way "Well I wont ship this for you unless you buy our computer box" I said, its an old laptop for parts and it is not cost effective to pay $24 for a computer box plus $17 for shipping when it was only sold for $50 bucks. She continue talking down to me, so I walked out.About 4 days later i dropped off a package, there she was again with the same attitude. I wont accept it until I weigh it, I told her the price is the same whether its 15 pounds or 20 pounds. She said it was 3 pounds too heavy and she would need to charge me. I told her "both you and I know the price is the same".The reason I mentioned this is because I have been shipping for years, I print out my labels online and know if I enter the dimensions correctly, the quoted price usually gives you a max weight and if I enter 15 or 20 pounds, the price is the same.Third time I walked in, I asked to deal with the other woman, she bluntly refused. I walked out.I am not mean, vulgar or condescending..I am simply writing this review so the owner of that store will re-think who they have representing them.If in fact she is the owner, shame on you and UPS should seriously think of removing you.If you come into that store with a prepaid shipping label, this 50ish lady, slim with short Auburn hair( I think reddish) will do everything in the world to sell you something, but not in an appropriate manner. In a I'm smarter than you, you're stupid and when you speak my ears are closed kind of manner.Disgusting!
