Jack was so helpful and prompt at shipping my two cats for me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He even caught some errors in the paper work from the vet and we were able to get the corrected paper work on time for their flight. Thank you so much! I will definitely use him again for pet shipping in the future if I'm in need.

Great place. Reasonable pricing too. i board my dog and cat here frequently. The staff is friendly and I feel confident leaving my fur babies in their care.
Horrible experience. I took my puppy in for a routine spay. Two days after the surgery I noticed a small lump on her back, the next day the hair fell of and the skin underneath was raw and scabbed. I called the drs office and sent a picture, I was told it was probably from the injection. When it did not get better I took her back, at first the Dr didn't know what it was but after further thought he admitted that it was a burn caused by the heating pad used during the procedure. Dr let us leave and did not call to follow up. I had to call back 2x before i finally got someone to help me with her treatment. Overall the experience was bad enough but the follow up was even worse.
I have been using Seiler Animal Hospital for 3 years. I would not choose to go to another vet. The front staff are always warm and welcoming and pay extra attention to my chihuahua's. Dr. Thieme always takes the time to answer any of my questions. When I go out of town I always board my pets with them and I know they get extra attention, they even send me pictures while I am away!
If I could give them a zero, I would. Staff was completely incompetent. Had my cats there for 4 overnights plus wash and brush. Told staff exactly what time I would be there and cats were not bathed upon pickup. Explained once again, that they need to be bathed and that I would return in 5 hours. Received a missed call 3 1/2 hours later from them but no voicemail message. When I called back to find out what happened, they hung up on me. Called back again to find out status, got hung up on AGAIN. Had to call back a 3rd time and asked for a manager (of course there is no manager) then the groomer, Jeanette tells me 1 cat doesn't want a bath (WHAT CAT ACTUALLLY WANTS A BATH?) and the other cat was so matted that she can't bathe her, she can only shave her (THE CAT WAS IN A CAGE FOR 4 DAYS, OF COURSE SHE IS MATTED!). When I came to pick them up, unwashed, card was overcharged (they tried to blame me for that one), my cats supplies were missing (food bowls and towels), and they were anything BUT apologetic. I missed 4 hours of work for their incompetence and in the end, ended up having to take them to another groomer who was able to groom both cats in less time for the same amount of money. Go figure! It just so happens that while there waiting for them to bring my cats out to me, the groomer had not started work yet, the lights were off in the grooming area and a client called to get status on her dog, Snickers. I heard the front desk girl tell the client that her dog was still getting groomed and would not be finished for another hour (FLAT OUT LIED TO THAT CUSTOMER!) I have been a customer of The Barkers for quite some time but will NEVER go back. Here's a tip...THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR PET!
Over 40 years in business at the same location.Tells a lot.The pets we care for keep coming back. The dogs are happy to see us, every time they arrive. Makes you feel good when thier tails are wagging.
My Border Collie, Scotty and I just completed our first 5 week course of Obedience training with Mike of Champion Dog Training. Scotty is a 2 yr old rescue who was very sweet with zero “manners”. I needed quick, focused obedience training in a hurry and knew Petsmart was not going to cut it. After much online research, I found Champion Dog Training and got in touch with Mike. From our first lesson, we left with results. I left with tools and a new understanding of my dog (and a firmer voice). At the end of 5 weeks, not only does he listen up, but heels, sits, stands, stays, downs, etc like a soldier. We still have plenty to learn and continue to practice daily what Mike has taught us. We will begin our 2nd Obedience course with Mike in a couple of weeks. He offers 5 week courses for different levels of obedience training which you as the handler participate in or will board and train your dog for 2 weeks straight and you come pick up your “new” dog. Either way you will get results and your dog will have the manners and obedience you’d always hoped for. Mike is a kind, patient, experienced, professional dog trainer that delivers results. He is a retired BSO police officer and K9 trainer. I struck gold with Mike at Champion Dog Training and you can too. I don’t believe anyone has ever trained with Mike and was disappointed. As you can see, there are no mixed reviews; and for good reason.
Well the pictures above say it all. (that is not my dog/just pictures of someone else who apparently had the same issues as I do) I just got off the phone with the owner because my dog came home from the kennel covered in ticks. I called to ask for some fair compensation for the costs that I will incur to get rid of these ticks, but instead of trying to help in any way, she just tried to turn the tables on me. She said the Advantix I was using doesn't work, wanted to know what kind of house I live in, if my yard and house was exterminated, said I don't know what I am doing because I have a tick problem and she doesn't and then she said my dog came in with them. ( I have never had a tick or a flea in 4 years on either of my dogs) She also said that her girls check every dog that comes in with a blower and that they do a great job. (wouldn't that mean my dog was checked) Basically it was the fault of everything except for the fact that my dog came home from boarding at their facility for a week....and then she hung up on me. I can't believe how unprofessional Renee was. They obviously do not care about their customers. I have spent a lot of money boarding my dogs there. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.
Barker's is absolute best place for all of your pet's needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the most wonderful facility and excellent staff. My dogs love going there for day care, over night and for grooming. Highly recommend them!!!! Thank you Barker's for taking such amazing care of my pets.
