Sushi Sake Sheridan

Worst food ever. They are spanish and can not take a dekivery order in english. The food is disgusting. I paid 13 dollars for chiken teriyaki. I received 12 tiny pieces of chicken and two scoops of hard rice. I wish I could post the pictures. Never will I waste my money here

you guys need to improve your menu and your customer service there are way better sushi places all over florida

Atmosphere is beautiful and modern, but beyond that there is not much good left to say. Food is okay, not bad but not worth the price, doesn't compare to local competitors. The service is absolutely awful. Hostess has no manners or proper training. She sat us at a dirty table with no table setting, I let it go thinking someone would quickly come and fix it up.. But to my surprise we sat there at this dirty table for over 10 mins before a server even said hello.. Mind you I also had to wave and call out to multiple workers trying to get someone to come to my table, who knows how long I would have waited. Long and short the service continued to get worse throughout this experience.. When I asked to speak with a manager to compensate the horrible service, the server came back to my table advising me that her manager says "what do I want her to do about it?" .. Manager did not even come to speak with me .. Each time server went back upon my request to ask for manager to speak with me she told her she could not come to me because she was busy and that she will not do anything to compensate how horrible the service was. I was so disappointed because I really wanted to love this place as the atmosphere is actually nice. This is the second time I've been there with poor service and rude managers. I will NEVER go back!! I will tell everyone I know NOT to go here. I will stick to NAMI and Benihana .

We were returning customers till yesterday. We visited with the intention of ordering their fried rice. Our order included 2 rolls and the rice with a beer and water. First our order was taken incorrectly, and our waitress NEVER checked up on out table not even to see if we wanted anything else. Even though the place was not very busy it took well over 30 mins for us to get a portion of our food. Our rolls came in (wrong) and our rice never made it to the table. To add insult to injury mins after we ordered another table was seated next to us. Their order was taken, their food arrived (complete), they finished eating, and we still did not have our food. The rolls were terrable for the price and we requested for our check and for the rice to be cancled as we had finished our meal. At that moment the waitress FINALLY appeared with our rice. We informed her that we did not want the rice. She rolled her eyes at us and went to the manager who was standing by the kitchen on his cell phone (texting I'm assuming). I expected him to come to our table but instead he stayed on his phone and didn't even bother. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AS WELL.

I went there late night after work on a Saturday and it was perfect. The sushi is delicious. Our server was very nice and knowledgable of the menu. For a new place, it is very good.
