I have to express my extreme disappointment with our experience this evening at Shooters Restaurant! My Husband and I have looked forward to bringing our Friends there to try the Norme De Mar Seafood Appetizer for sometime now as we have enjoyed it with our Family in the past . Tonight it was a complete embarrassment along with the rest of our meals aside from the Lollipop Lamb Chops that were good, but not hot.

The Norme De Mar was horrible! The Crab Legs were Mushy and Fishy tasting which means they were not fresh. The Shrimp were mediocre in size and not very cold. The Lobster Tails were rubbery and also not very fresh as well! We also ordered Chicken Wings that tasted dried out and over cooked!!! Over all there really wasn’t anything about our meals that we enjoyed! We left there feeling very embarrassed for talking up the Norme De Mar the way we did to our Friends and unhappy with the amount of money we spent for such awful food!

At this point I’m not sure we will ever return and will for sure never recommend Shooters again to any of our family or friends!!! As a restaurant owner myself I know the importance of having satisfied customers especially when there are so many other wonderful establishments in the area!

Normally this place is awesome but today was just the worst ever. My server sucked!!!..He took 30.minutes to bring out 1 drink and when it came it was so watered down I couldn't even drink it. Long story short. The service was awful and they had the nerve to charge me for a drink I didn't even drink because of how insipid it was. Not going back. Great venue that's all they have going for them now that the service has gone to the dogs.

I have been to Shooter over a 100 times no exageration! I met a few ex-boyfriends there, including an ex-husband.

Ambiance is Casual, happening, noisy and lots of the same all locals that meet there for drinks.



I used to go on the boat, must of the time and believe me theres nothing more exhilarating to me to throw the robes to the boat deck guys and helping them tied up the boat. I got many applauses for that!



But going back to the review, service is fast paced and if the bartender knows you--because some of them have been there for over 20 years--you will get a spot at the bar--a drink that they still remember you like--and some all jokes!



I was never crazy about their food. Nothing special. I am a Gourmet Chef; therefore, the quality of the food is not to my standards. The half split chicken its pretty darn good- just rottiserrie--mashed potatoes and great gravy. On Sundays they had a breakfast called "the garbage" scrambled eggs with a lot of garbage in it. Great for a hangover cure!



I dont go anymore, even though I am very close to the place--my friends and I don't do so much boating anylonger, Gas Prices and the Upkeep of a boat is not worth a split chicken and garbage breakfast.

The food is just good. Prices are a little high for the quality.



The view is great. You always pay more for a water seat.
