For the great clients that had a bad experience in the past all i can say in sorry,and i just want to let you know that we have an all new staff and new manager. my name is ricky i have been grooming for 17 yrs and i take pride on my work and staff that we have now and i will promise you if you give us a second chance you wont regret it.

Please beware of the conditions! I was excited to try a place close to my home. They fit my dog in the weekend before Thanksgiving without an appointment. I arrived to a mess. Hair everywhere, grime on the floor, my dog was put into a crate with dog hair left from the prvious recipient. I couldnt leave him there. Needless to say I would never return.
i have been going some time to Rover the Rainbow and Have Seen Many Changes good and bad but about 4 yrs ago they had a new staff come in was rough at first but these boys have there stuff down very friendly and accommodating they have even took my baby in and stay open a little later to finish her and on my recent grooming arrangements i walked in an the place looked fabulous a make over actually over night there very good with my baby and she love going in the door and everything is done right there in the open nothing in back room.......you go guys your the best thanks for all the little extras you do.......

I took my 4 dogs to the shop for the second time. I tried to make the appointment for the week before but they could not fit me in.
I took my dogs to them this week and they provided adequate haircuts but 2 of the dogs still have tangles so I cant the the haircuts were exceptional or even above average.
When it was time to pay I presented them with a coupon that the manager ( Mark) had given me to use.
Mark told us that we could not use the coupon and he lied and said he did not give me the coupon to use and that is not true.
I tried to find out when the owner would be coming in so I could call him and Mark would not give me that information.
I have felt a tension both times I went there and now I feel as if I am not the least bit important.
I will not go back there because my dogs are very important to me and I need to do business with a groomer that provides service in a truthful and complete fashion.
My feeling is that if they are not honest about the price then what else are they hiding

I took my Goldendoodle doggy to Rover the Rainbow. Due to the hot South Florida summer they recommended to shave him down. They also recommended a flee bath. Well the cut was decent but made him look too poodle like for my taste, but the flee bath gave him a horrible reaction. In 24 hours he chewed up his stomach and other parts of his body (never did this before) until it was raw. I took him to the vet and he said it was the flee bath. Well a cortisone shot and 2 anti-biotics later and I'm out almost $300 including the groomer. I'm happy I have pet insurance. Oh and my dog Charlie is all better! : ) I also spoke with someone at the dog park who didn't recommend this place. I said I wish I spoke with you sooner. I also spoke with my hairdresser and he (who has a Mastiff) said he spoke with 7-8 people who had problems with them. How can they still be open??? Well I hope I saved you all a possible bad experience and will hopefully recommend a groomer in the near future. : )
