WHAT HAPPENED? WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THE OWNER GO? How could you let a great place like this go so down hill!? Asleep at the WHEEL? SO SAD when a former great little place catches on and gets ego, lazy and let's people who don't own or care take over! My husband and I used to be the only ones eating there when they first opened. We thought for sure they would not make it. We told all of our friends about the great food, never inexpensive, but unlike now you got what you paid for. The Owner was always around. Those days are gone. The food is very OK, expensive, they lost their mojo!

I have never written a review, but just to warn people I had to write it for this restaurant. Let me start with the servers and managers there.. They are the rudest people to serve their customers ever. I have never been treated so badly in any other restaurants. The food was disgusting.. the worst food you would ever have. I asked her to bring something and they bought wrong dish. Not only that, they wouldn?t take it back or replace it with anything else. I am pure vegetarian, before I ordered my food, we mention to her like 1000 times that we don?t eat meat and we are vegetarian. But after we almost half way, we found meat in 2 dishes out of 3. Basically, they broke are religion and instead of accepting their mistake they were rude and didn?t want to give the money back or replace it with something else. We had to pay over 100$ for the food that we never eat. In the end we end up stating hungry and all the other restaurants we closed by that time.
It is highly not RECOMMENDED. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING RESTAURANT. They are not customer friendly environment.

Noodles Panini was a great restaurant....years ago. I visited regularly and, after a year of not eating there, ""ate"" there tonight. The menu prices have increased dramatically and the quality of the food is horrible. A $16 pasta with meat sauce had to be returned. The pasta was more hard than al dente and the tomato sauce was sour with specks of what I assumed was ground beef. The person had to return a cesar salad that was made with spoiled lettuce. The servers were talking to each other and watching a large plasma tv rather than checking on the five or so patrons in the restaurant. We both left nauseous and will NEVER go back. They lost another customer!

We put are name on the waiting list and waited like everybody else last Friday night about 20-25 minutes. couple arrived and asked to be seated, they had to wait all but 10 minutes and were seated. The Hostess when we approached and began to question her repeatedly stating it was not her fault as these two people already had their naqme on the list and she pointed to a name not yet crossed off. When we gave her our name to be put on the list we were the third group of two to be seated along with a group of four and eight ahead of us.
The funny thing the two groups of two had just been seated when this new couple arrived. They were obviously friends because it looked like old home week, with lots of hugs and kisses so the explanation we were given was a lie.
We decided to go down the street to LA BONNIE CREPE and had a wonderful meal and great service.
About 20 minutes after we were sewated we noticed the couple who had been given CUTS walked by, not enough time to have had dinner so they must have just had a drink and left.
Not only did Noodles Panini give up a table for a small check, they lost a long time customer forever, a smart financial move on their part, especially in the current economic climate we are in.
Brent only if you care, suggest you retrain your Hostess/Busboy and explain to her just how a waiting list works, she obviously has something on you, when we went to the manager before we left she told us your hostess had been there a long time, and she was very reluctant to get involved, in any case I am sure this is not the first time your hostess has given Cuts to her friends and it won't be the last, that's why we will take are business eleswhere, too bad we really like your place, but as they say ""All good things must come to an end"" Have a Nice Day.

The menu is limited, for the past 7-8 years it has stayed pretty much the same.
This place does not have a kids menu and is NOT kids friendly. And God forbids if you want an outside table that sits 4, but you are only 2 adults and one child thinking about ordering 2 main courses for lunch. If you want an outside table you have to pay for 4 main dishes, otherwise you are going to be kicked out of the restaurant.
And YES, we where asked to leave the premises, because we wanted to sit in a table for 4. The only solution they gave us was to sit in a table for 2 and sit my 6 year old on my lap.
I requested to speak with the manager and he came to say that he didn't care about what I had to say, and for me to get the ""hell out of there immediately.
I went to the crepe restaurant next door, and for the almost 2 hrs I was there, the table I wanted to sit at Noodles Panini stayed empty.
I am never going back to the restaurant and I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews here, despite the often mentioned insane manager. He was there that night! I felt as though I was in the presence of a star.
I missed all the drama, but apparently just before I arrived there was a screaming match between the manager and someone else. As I was sitting at the bar drinking one of the delicious beers they have on tap, I jumped about a foot as the phone was slammed down next to me. I had to laugh when I realized who was holding the receiver.
I highly recommend visiting this establishment. While the manager is a caricature, the food is phenomenal and the staff is super cool. Esther, Liz, Christian, and Ashley are the kind of servers you'd want to meet up with for a drink after a long, hard day at work with the boss from hell.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Everything on the menu is amazing and my mouth waters just thinking about it. If you are looking for a nice friendly Italian man to greet you at the door and introduce himself at the owner...you will be disappointed. You will find the owner beligerent at the bar harassing his staff and guests...So my advice, get a table outside or get the food to go. It is well worth the money b/c the food is delisious! just avoid the owner!

We ate there several times, and have always been impressed. I am always on the lookout for great Italian food, and this place fullfilled all of my needs: it had a great menu, not overpriced (for las olas), and the food was cooked to perfection. The service was ok one day, and great the next.
I don't even care so much about the mediocre service because the food was amazing!

After having a terrible experience with an arrogant and druck owner many months ago I am glad I went back when he wasn't there. Living in downtown Ft. Lauderdale my wife and I were craving Aunt Marions meatballs and salad with a glass of wine.
Esther behind the bar was great and made our dining experience fabulous! Meatballs we nice and hot! It wasn't until after we ordered did I hear her talking about the restaurants reviews on this site and she had just read my last review, which wasn't good.
Noodles has a great staff that the owner should appreciate more than he does. Will definetly be back at the right time. Thanks Esther!

Was it the poor service, the inconsistant portions, the overpriced menu ($17 for spaghetti and meatballs??), the incompetent manager or the 15 minute wait for my dining companion's meal (my meal was finished before hers even arrived!) that qualifies this experience as the worst? Let's put it this way, the waiter corked the bottle of wine and then simply set it on the table; two of us ordered the same meal and my portion was double the size (lucky for me!); the table was dirty when we sat down. And there was only one other table in there while we were there.
