        As a criminal defense lawyer who formally worked as Broward Prosecutor and Public Defender, I have had the unique experience of handling both misdemeanor and felony cases on both sides of the judicial system. I fully understand that hiring an Attorney is a difficult decision for many reasons. One of the most important is the cost of hiring an Attorney. When determining a fee for a particular case, I will look to the nature of the case, its complexity, and the amount of time necessary to handle the case.         David Simmons is an outstanding attorney his knowledge of the criminal justice system in Broward County is quite an asset HE DID A GREAT job for me my case was dismissed and my life was restored I highly recommend him James Cumming

        If your looking for an attorne...

        If your looking for an attorney who actually cares about your case...call Mr Simmons.

        I've seen reviews before and some are so contrived...mine is real. I was a client of his and I will attest to his character and professionalism under oath. He kept his word from day one...and although I was anxious to resolve my case, Mr. Simmons methodically went through the process with me, and defended me aggressively. My case was dismissed !!



        Every case is unique; but for me, I cannot express enough what a relief it was to actually have someone work on my behalf. I am grateful, I am humbled, and I highly recommend him. Dave Simmons did a terrific job for me.
