Don't go here if you don't want to quit smoking too. Been here a long time and out of no where, they say quit smoking or leave. I didn't come here to quit smoking.

Terrible service. Will not recommend it to anyone. Instead of telling me they did not want to take the bookshelf they brought it down and dumped it in the trash bin of our bldg. How dishonest could they be They don't deserve a star

Faith Farm is a remarkable place, the men that work there are a mirror image of Jesus. They are true examples of what love is.

Spiritual Guidance or Heresy

Like all trouble souls who had reached a low period in their lives; I went to Faith Farm in Ft. Lauderdale for help and guidance in kicking my addictions to drugs and alcohol. It is a residential program where everyone works, goes to classes, and lots of Church with much spiritual propaganda mixed in for good measure. As soon as it was found out that I had a valid drivers licence, they put me to work driving a truck with a helper that they call the navigator. We would work all day picking up furniture, bria a brac, and general used stuff to sell at used product stores. We would do this 6 days a week for a grand total paycheck of $18.00 dollars a week when divided by 6 equals 3 dollars a day for 9 hours work. Not bad when you consider that everything they sell ends up being pure profit. Enough on the cheap labor exploitations of this church. I am Catholic and they didn't like that from the beginning. The supposed teachers were nothing more than a bunch of hypocritical selfpoised religious know it alls that preached their own false doctrines about the bible. Mind you, ""about the bible"" not ""from the bible"". I went through this program up until I was going to be in Alpha House. This is the last leg of your journey at Faith Farm. I was told by one of the Instructors, Brother Gary that if I didn't renounce Catholicism, and get baptized in their church, that I would burn in Hell for an eternity. That was the final straw for myself. I left the program and have been doing well ever since. Sometimes change is good, any change at that. I will aggree on that. But never addressing the core of your substance abuse problems and always saying ""it's the Devil"" or blaming it on the Devil is downright ludicrous. If you want to put your problems on hold for a bit and let them simmer, go to Faith Farm. If you really want to help yourself, get into a church that preaches the true gospel and doesn't deviate from Gods true word. Have fellowship with good people, and most definitely don't have anything to do with your old drinking and drugging buddies. Amen, DB

Debbie - Fort Lauderdale

My experience with Faith Farm has always been pleasant. Not only do they have quite a selection of clothing, nic nacs, pots & pans, books, & electronics upstairs, but they also have a huge selection of furniture. The newer stuff (or new stuff) is on the first floor. But, if you walk across that little driveway to the other side you can find fantastic deals on furniture. I bought a full bedroom set from there and INCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES it cost me LESS than $300.00!

The gentlemen that assisted me from the cashier, to the delivery supervisor, to the men who delivered the furniture, were as nice and friendly as they could be. They taped up the furniture carefully and moved it like it belonged to their own family. They were right on time, and friendly.

I'm going back this weekend to look for my living room furniture!!

What an awesome ministry. I shop upstairs in the clothing section just for fun sometimes. Plus, they sell hotdogs and cold pop right outside the door. I think a hotdog is a buck!
