Don Hillman Inc. has been in operation since 1971 and under present ownership since 1992. The business was moved to its brand new facility on State Road 84 in Ft. Lauderdale in 1998. The business has grown from 3 technicians to over 7 and yet the original technicians are still with the company. With very little turnover, you can do business with us over the years and be able to develop a relationship that lasts. This site has been designed to attract new customers and sales and to better serve our existing customers. We want the site to be informative and interactive so that we both get something out of it. Our site is unlike any other site in this field so please use it and enjoy it. We also want feedback and suggestions to make this experience more rewarding for both of us. The Internet is a wonderful tool to use and explorer, to make the delivery of product and services quicker and more complete, but the potential is unlimited. We are a different kind of company, one that you may not have ever come across before. We try to treat each customer fairly and we expect to be treated fairly in return. We won't be the most expensive and we won't be the cheapest but you will get a straight answer even if it costs us a sale. Our philosophy is that we try to treat you like we want to be treated ourselves and if you are not satisfied then you can even talk with the owner! Our business has quadrupled since 1992, solely by word of mouth and recommendations and we cannot get these kinds of results by not taking care of you, the customer. We are a service business that sells products you can get from others so what sets us apart from them is how we SERVICE.
