Overall

My wife and I used this company on 2 different trips to Fort Lauderdale. We were abe to visit the Everglades on one trip, then went on a Miami tour on another trip. Great time. The staff was friendly and everything was on time. I would use them again and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy florida. Thanks.

False Claims: Professsional, Courteous, Available--NOT

This business has proven that rudeness is its chief mode of operation and they do not live up to their website advertising.



--They were NOT "available 24 hrs. a day" as they claim since when they were called, voice mail messages were abundant, but no person ever answered. Their system was not working as they later claimed it did.

--When charges appeared for services not rendered (as a result of their unavailability) and someone was finally reached by phone, the Ace Tours Inc. representative was rude without provocation, interrupting so frequently as to never allow explanation for the call or completion of a question. He then cut off the phone call prematurely--not only being blatantly discourteous, but also showing horrible immaturity.

--When an email complaint was rendered with facts of the situation, the rudeness and sarcasm only continued; the issues raised were never answered. A man named Alan Karp leveled personal insults and accusations showing a great lack of professionalism. The man even made threats about contacting the employer since the emails were sent during business hours. If they aren't available other times (as was the experience) then when, besides business hours, are they available?

--It was also discovered that taxi service from the cruise port is HALF the cost of this company's "service".



Even if a customer is in error, courtesy demands at least a polite explanation of policy, good manners in not interrupting or hanging up mid-conversation, not making threats, insults or accusations.



I'd sooner walk and drag my luggage than use this company!
