Slow, unhelpful and rude. If you have the option of working with another Property Management company, I suggest you do so. If not, plan lots of extra time.
I've rented from this company for years and never had any major issues that were not taken care of immediately. I plan to continue to rent from this company. Prices are reasonable and affordable. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this company to family and friends.

I lived in Weston, FL for over a decade. My car wasn't working properly, so I notified the guard so he could notify the towing company CASTLE GROUP hired for towing residents' vehicles. I have never had such an issue until Castle Group became the new association. Well, despite my efforts on preventing a tow, they towed it anyway. When I addressed the issue, the manager said she can't do anything about it and that I should have parked in the driveway. When I approached them for reimbursement for THEIR MISTAKE,they immediately shot me down. ANYONE THINKING OF MOVING TO A COMMUNITY UNDER THIS ASSOCIATION SHOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER!!!! They only know how to make your life inconvenient, not the other way around.
They really take the time to pay attention and address all of their clients needs. It is nice to have a local private company to work with opposed to a national firm where it is easy to be overlooked and pushed to the side.
O STARS. THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT, MADE NO EFFORT TO RETURN IT AND I GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY ARE ONLY REFUNDING PARTIAL WHEN I HAVE FULL VIDEO AND PICTURE PROOF THAT THEY ARE LYING. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME (BH MANAGEMENT) AND ADDRESS TO AVOID NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DON'T BE FOOLED.
This company is a joke!!! They harrass all of the people that live in our community. The person she assigned to our hoa board (my neighbor) knocked on my door at 10:45 last night to let me know that he called the tow company to tow my friends car. Her car was parked in front of my house for no more than 3 minutes. I had back surgery an I am unable to walk far distances. Maria postman then threatened to have my car towed and the police called on me if it was done again. She has sent letters to me regarding a pool noodle I had drying on my back porch. She also sent a letter to my other neighbors regarding flip flops on their back porch. Yet there was a homeless man sleeping in the back courtyard for MONTHS and nothing was done about it!!!! They constantly take pictures of everyone and their houses and their cars!! I will be contacting the BBB and local police department for harassment.
I have had issues with the association dealing with the Symphony Condominium. The head of the association, Chloe, never answers emails or responds in a timely manner. She has an attitude and isn't helpful. I have left the building and would suggest anyone having the idea of moving in the building to reconsider as the association is terrible to deal with and it would be much better to choose another building that doesn't deal with this association and especially Chloe. She has only been in her management title for a short period but it is short enough for people not to like her or the association.
dealt with one of their people in Fort Myers, sadly I would not recommend doing any business with this company, this particular person took a "fee" from a incoming tenant based on getting the space that was currently occupied by an existing tenant of 20 years. On paper it was all legal but morally and ethically it was reprehensible. This involved an existing nail salon that a new owner wanted and the agent involved facilitated the deal. She had said that the "landlord" was mad at the old tenant for trying to sell the business w/o their permission--which they did not sell only intended too then she had said that the new person credit was no good--definitely not true. As a result they are now out of an income and employees will be let go so that a new shop can come in and take their hard efforts for nothing. Pretty rotten way to do business!!
