These people had my primary and secondary insurance information for three weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived for an appointment I was told a 20% co-pay was due. They wasted my time, cost me money, and forced me to find a new doctor. The staff never once apologized or took responsibility. They did offer to "work out a payment plan for the twenty per cent." What blithe arrogance. The office manager, Angela Galinda, is particularly odious and strangely detached.Post Script: There are so many similar complaints on the web one wonders if this is business as usual.

Such a terrible experience every time.. Also, don't come here if you are white. They hate white people here. I have never been treated so terribly!!! The government should really check this place out.. It is unsanitary and the staff are rude as hell!! Thank god I only have 3 more weeks of being pregnant. I will never be back!!
Dr. Bernstein is a truly talented doctor. She is thorough and knowledgeable, with a straightforward communication style and good bedside manor. She detected some issues for me at a very early stage that other docs might have missed. Will forever be grateful! It could be a bit easier to reach a human in the office to talk to, but everyone is very caring.
along with your insurance card don't forget to pack a sleeping bag.. You will be here forever! There are signs all over the building saying no eating or drinking.. Apparently they want everyone to faint or dehydrate since no matter what the reason you will be stuck in a waiting room all day!! Even with an appointment!
I'll never understand how a government health center could hire the most ghetto and rudest people no one ever answers the phones because their too busy with their cellphones in the hands or gossiping and other employees everyone needs to be trained although it is in the ghetto therefore I guess the employees thinks it's okay for them to act ghetto as well!!!
I had a terrible experience with the office stuff. They promised to re-fill my prescription (as an urgent request) and that I’ll be able to pick it up at the pharmacy by 5 pm. When I stopped at same evening at the pharmacy – they told me that nobody ever contacted the pharmacy from the doctor’s office. Once again – the prescription I asked about was an URGENT one!The next morning, at 9:30 I called to the medical office and asked the secretary why she did not keep her promise to ask the doctor to fax the prescription into the pharmacy? She said that she will transfer me to the person who will take care of it. I started to talk to the nurse. She asked me for all my information once again, like I never talked to anyone a day ago! Thanks for the URGENT prescription re-fill! The nurse told me that she will call me back. In TWO hours of waiting!!! I called back to the pharmacy and asked them if they ever got the prescription from the doctor’s office. The answer was – “NO”.I had to drive to the doctor’s office. I walked into the clinic and told the stuff that I would like to talk to the doctor. The answer was: “We can make an appointment for you in one week”. Is that possible that the doctor’s office which supposed to heal the people makes the people’s life so frustrated?Suddenly the doctor came out and told me that the prescription was faxed to the pharmacy 10 minutes ago. He told me that the nurse called me to tell me that but my phone was DISCONNECTED. I have the same phone number for the last 20 years! I told the doctor that I did not receive any calls. The doctor started making fun of me accusing me that I am telling him that there is some ‘conspiracy’ in his office, instead just to make apologies for such unprofessional and bad service. The doctor's name is Brian O'Halloran, D.O.How about one of the Reiki principles:Just for today, I will do my work honestly.I never will step back in this office again. And if you would like to have a medical service you have deserved – you should not do it either.
