We had a great experience at this Best Buy. I can recommend you speak with James if you would like to know “Anything” about Large Screen High Def 4K TVs.We ended up purchasing 4 OLED 72” Samsung s. They are simply fantastic! My family was treated with respect and patience. We walked in with little knowledge about all the differences in technology, however, by the time we left ($46K) later....installation and set up included we were very satisfied.I highly recommend them!
I wish I could give NO STARS. Absolutely NO customer service. Landlord purchased replacement refrigerator from them - delivered this past Saturday (missing pieces). It does not work. They are not open on Sunday, so first thing Monday we let them know. They refuse to do anything about it until tomorrow, Tuesday, which leaves us without a working refrigerator for five days. We lost 99% of the food from the first one that went out, which means Saturday evening after they delivered this new one, we went out and replaced much of the food. Now the new food is spoiling and I explained this to them and said their mistake should be rectified immediately since they delivered a defective refrigerator. The woman refuses to have a conversation. She told me at 9:30 in the morning she'd have to "review her paperwork" and call me back. No call back. I had to call her two more times. She still just insists that she will not do anything about it until it's convenient for them, which is tomorrow.
Masco Appliance is now my only company. I had a fridge that was not getting cold and I had another company to my home that had no idea what they were doing. So I called Masco they sent a technician to my home that day and were able to fix it while they were at my home. BEST APPLIANCE COMPANY AROUND.
I hired this guy to come out and repair my LG Washer, he sounded nice on the phone. When he arrived, he was short and curt while I was asking him questions. Michael made me feel stupid. He never once gave me an estimate and when he presented the bill of $372 to replace the drain pump, I had to argue with him because I thought it was too high and that he did not even give me an idea before he installed the pump!! Very unprofessional, I will never hire this guy again.
Did not fix my appliance properly. And office manager was beyond rude. Treat people like they are second class citizens. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOME!!!!!
I was referred to this appliance repair company by the after market warranty company. I bought my Maytag washing machine back in October of 2011. Never had problems with it until Aug 29 of 2013. In the middle of a wash it just stopped working and was displaying error codes that were not in the manual which directed me to call the warranty service. I emptied the clothes out of the washer and I tried to do a wash with no clothes to drain the left over water. It started to wash as normal and then stopped again with the same results. Jose the repairman from Masco came to my house the first time and opened up the machine. He was here for about an hour and told me the computer board and the lock will have to be replaced and he has to order parts through warranty company. He showed me the order receipt which listed 3 items, I do not know what the third item was. After he left the lock on the door was totally locked and would not open even after unplugging it and restarting it numerous times. A couple days later Masco called me and said they have the parts and 2 men were coming to my house to install the parts and they would be at my house for about 2 hours to do the repair. At around 5:30 PM Jose showed up by himself with his tools and a medium sized box. He walked in, glanced at the washer and says he needs assistance and will have to come back when another repair can assist him. Six days later Jose comes back with another repairman and starts to work on the washer. They did a lot of banging and noise making but then after about 20 mins tells me he has to order the computer board because the lock repair wasn't the issue. ??? Now after 3 attempts to fix my washer in a total of 2 weeks with no progress, I have to wait another 5 days because Jose cant make a phone call to Masco service center and order the computer board until he does his rounds for the day and ends back at Masco at the end of the day. I get no answers with the women working the phones at Masco. Corine at front desk tells me the manager Sarah is unavailable and tells me Jose was told by the warranty company to try and fix the lock first and then order the computer board if that didn't work. Well if you read this review correctly I specifically stated that the lock stopped working after the first time Jose came and he showed me the order receipt to get the lock, computer board and a third item ordered but he only came back with the lock parts?!? Now has to order the computer? And not to mention every time I called them I was immediately put on hold. Masco please hold?!?
I have never been in such a large store, wow what a selection of electronics. The only problem is that they are extremely under staffed when its busy and you can almost never get anyone over at the computer department. Otherwise I usually get a great price and use the geek squad warranty which is great.
Masco came out for my dryer and I had no problems at all. Office staff was very nice and tech was very knowledgeable, parts ha to be ordered and when they came in I was contacted and scheduled for service. Fair price.
I had no problem with Masco. My washer was out and I called Masco to schedule an apt, I had nothing but pleasant dealings with the office staff. The tech arrived as scheduled. Tech was clean cut, polite and knew what he was doing, He informed me he would have to order a part. Being in a similar industry I know parts have to be ordered from the manufacture. Its not like these guys can ride around in 18 wheeler with over 100,000 parts on their trucks. Anyway parts were ordered I was contacted when they came in, scheduled for service again staff was great, tech again arrived when he said he would. Washer works like a beauty. Kudos Masco!
A friend had recommended Masco to me to help me with an A/C issue I was having (in September, no less!) and I almost didn't call this company after some of the reviews i read. After seeing how the owner responded to them, and knowing how some people can be difficult, plus with my friends recommendation, I decided to give them a try. I had an excellent experience with Masco. Monty (I think a supervisor with the A/C repair department) was extremely friendly, and communicative, and was trying to get his guys to my home very quickly, and at a time that was convenient for me. He even called to keep me in the loop with their arrival time. They arrived as promised, and were friendly, helpful, and made suggestions on how I can save money. I know some people are hard to satisfy, and also know there are people that post false reports, just to be mean. Masco is a very good company, competitively priced, and honorable. I highly recommend them.
