Let me begin with the place.T Laser Lipo Dr only work like 3 days a week and is difficult to make an appointment. It is disorganized and from day one until the fifth session Dr Lori Kindle will not know your name or the zone your are treating!! If the company wants to have a good service they should at least know the patient names before the appointment!!! Dr Lori Kindle wont explain you either the first day which are the benefits or how it works the lipo laser... she surely know this doesn't work and is just another way of getting money from people. The Front desk service is also terrible. They hired a grouchy assistant that barely talks and you can tell she hates to work there. On the other hand the Lipo laser didn't work for me and of course I wasted my money. I am not overweight and do exercise on a daily basis and try to eat healthy. But in order for this to work supposedly you can't eat salt, sugars, breads and do exercise daily and a strict diet... really.... if you do this then do your own routine and don't waste your money here. Also the catch is that once you pay for the 5 sessions she will tell you that you need another 10 sessions to see more results..... LOLDo your research and you will find that only it will work for 4% of patients that try this. Went to all 5 sessions on time and Dr Kindle will never know your name or the zone you are treating.. unacceptable!! Rest of place might be ok but they souldnt have someone like this in their facility.
The hot yoga was amazing! I can't believe in two months how much weight I have lost. Thanks again for the great instructor.
Hands down my favorite local gym. I just turned 53 and feeling better than ever. You only get one life to live might as well get in shape so you can enjoy it
I absolutely love this club...When I first moved to Florida I was hoping that I would be able to get back into the gym. After three years of physical neglect, my once in shape body was now over 40lbs of fat heavier...I know disgusting. I was hoping that I would be able to get even 3 solid days in weekly. I called and spoke to Ezra and decided to go in to meet with him. This feels like a hard core gym, people there are serious about training. It doesn't feel primal, just serious. People are here to workout, this is not a pick up spot. (Then again I am a bit overweight...lol). This place has really motivated me, I now get in anywhere from 5-6 serious workouts weekly. I even convinced my wife to join although we have a full service gym at the building where we live. She now gets in 5-6 days a week as well. We're both doing the personal training, I'm with Mike, she's with Carol. The head trainer Doug is awesome, I text this guy all the time with "what can I eat" questions. This is a great gym, you should definitely give it a shot.
do not join this gym!!just called to cancel my membership because i moved and found out the sales rep signed me up for a two yr membership and autorenewal of membership on my credit card!!!shady awful gym with bad equipment, gross members, and no ethics
I signed up for the spinning class an hour early and was the first one on the bike and then they kicked me out of the class because someone else's bike was broken. I told the manager my frustrations and he didn't care one bit. There is no customer service department. I ended up canceling and they charged me triple the cancelation fee. Rip off!!! Equipment is always broken and they don't care about their customers.
