When I first getting my supplies from them they were wonderful, but for the last 6 months I can't get them on the phone. It say they're open but I can't get an answer.
This place is amazing. I found exactly what I needed when I was looking for a woundcare product. They also helped me with the prefect supplement to help me sleep.
My experience has been terrible. Key Medical LLC bugged me for several years to buy their knee and back supports. I ignored and ignored them for several years. They would send me little cards and then started making telephone calls to me. My back problems began to get a little worse, so I finally agreed to try their braces. When they finally arrived, I had to struggle to open the container. I finally got it open after several tries. The braces were totally unacceptable for me. I have tried and tried to get in touch with them for an okay to return the product. When I finally get to talk to someone, they tell me someone will call me back. No one ever calls. I contacted BOC at 410-581-6222 and talked to a lady there. She took my information and told me I shroud go ahead and contact Medicare at 800-633-4277. Medicare told me a claim had not been filed as yet. I should wait a month to see if my claim appeared on their records. At that point they could issue a fraud alert. I am supposed to get approval from Key Medical LLC before return the product. Since I have been unable to make this contact, I am returning the package back to the return address on the packaging. I will keep in touch with Medicare to see if a claim is filed.
hi, it's always nice these days talking to a real person, when ever placing an order. I received my order on time and with some excellence customer services.
Just like the old REAL DEAL pharmacies from the past, but it's here now. Mark is great, always available for advice, and it's a breath of fresh air from Walgreens or CVS. Great greeting cards as well.
Horrible customer service in the photo department. I received and email saying my photo book was ready to get picked up. I go to CVS and they have no clue about the order. Then they look it up on the computer and say "come back tomorrow afternoon" it will be ready. The next day is the same story, this time they say "whoops" they have to print it and to wait in the store for 10 minutes. I wait 15 minutes (just to give them some extra time to get their head on straight), then I go back and the cashier and someone in NO UNIFORM are messing around behind the register (I wait a bit more to get their attention) and I find out they happen to have run out of the supply needed to make my order.DONT GO HERE! NOT RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Just have to say the cashier was very helpful; in getting my item returned. No problem, no worries. Great service!
This business is the most dishonest I have ever dealt with. They ask for payment up front, via wire transfer and then do not deliver, and subsequently refuse to refund. We are one of numerous businesses who have been swindled by David J Domnitz and John Lee. (See reports in Dotmed.com). Stay away.
