This was one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. This wasn't a deposition, it was a mediation between myself and my homeowners insurance company. From the first, I was given worse case scenarios about juries, claims, etc and why I would not want to go to court to settle and to just settle in mediation. Kept insisting that my insurance company really does not want to pay anything and my policy "excluded" my loss. Such a farse. I felt totally belittled and undermined by Cindy Niad Hannah, Esq who was the mediator on this case. Scare tactics was used to make me feel like this throughout the whole time. Now I feel depressed, dehumanized, and with not enough money to fix my home. She kept saying "you don't need to fix it all at once" knowing I am retired with a set income and will never be able to fix everything.

Very unhappy, very unprofessional, they repeatedly call between 5-7am, and have been very rude when I asked them to stop calling, i informed them politely that I am not interested in locum work, nor did i submit my phone number to receive calls, if I was looking for locums, after the interactions with this company, it would certainly not be with then!
They don't really care about you all that they care about is just making money off you regardless to your physical well being I would not recommend this agency even to a Dog!
Do not go here. The owner/manager is condescending and arrogant. I had him replace my iPhone 5 screen and, when the screen began to detach from the casing, an obvious manufacturing defect, he said there was nothing he could do. I asked him to replace the screen and send it back to the manufacturer, but he wouldn't do that and he was rude and dismissive. I had been there the previous day and spoke his employee who said it would cost $40 to replace the part only. The manager lied to my face and told me his cost was $50. I recommend that you spend a few more dollars and take your broken electronics to an establishment that stands behind their work and their products. Avoid, it will likely cost you more in the long run.
I don't have many friends, so... I plead the fifth, on that one. I liked it here though, so... I just wish I still worked there in a way. :/
Isreal helped my business get set up with our new phone system and was a total professional and included training our staff. Give him a call, he is the best
CSI, Claims Service International, is supposed to be a neutral claims processor and yet they are obviously in bed with the companies they represent, like Great American Van Lines. I was moving my things from NC to Montana and have never had a worse moving experience in my entire life. I'm 60 years old, so as you can imagine, I've moved many times. Great American Van Lines not only destroyed a number of my prized possessions and antiques, but the original quote was for $2114 and after loading my stuff they handed me a bill for $3458. They delivered my things several weeks later than what they had originally promised and arrived with little notice during the worse snow storm in two years. So, I was forced to drive from Yellowstone National Park where I work and my boss insisted that I take a sleeping bag and extra clothes and water in case something were to happen. Upon arrival they were putting snow chains on the 18 wheeler and after paying hundreds of dollars for a bulk fee the first thing I noticed is they had disassembled my $3800 South African table, did not protect it all and treated it like firewood. My Tempur-pedic bed was ruined, along with an antique Queen Anne oak chair, an $800 lounge chair, a cherry dresser I had for 50 years, with lots of other problems like a broken hinge on my cedar chest, etc.. The last time I heard from their manager, he said you're not going to get a dime from us you SOB and then hung up on me. CSI's original claim offer was for $150... Of course, I spent hours contesting their weight-based decisions in finite detail. Then, today, after waiting four months, CSI, sent me a Closed Claim Notice saying "that they (Great American Van Lines) would like to handle my claim directly". They went on to say: "Great American Van Lines Inc. regrets being unable to satisfy your claim but must maintain their position in this matter." How can a company pretend to be a neutral, non-biased claims processor after seeing dozens of pictures of what they did to my furniture. I've also wondered why if you call CSI and Great American Van Lines that it sure sounds like the same person answering the phone...
