Robert Mc leod of SUNLINE APPLICANCE REPAIR INC. is VERY unreliable and NASTY. He is contracted by ASSURANT SOLUTION.I called to schedule a repair on my dryer and they sent SUNLINE which is Robert. He showed at my house in tagged clothing and no ID.After banging up my dryer, he proceeds to tell he has to order a part and it will only come in 5 days. That’s u heard of. I had to call him to find out when he’s coming to repair my dryer. He said he’ll be here the next day. I said fine, can you call me in the morning by 9am to let me know when you’re on your way. Never called. At 1039am I called him to find out when is he coming. He proceeds to tell me that his tyre has a puncture and he needs to get it fixed. I was mad because he called to say he was running late. Meanwhile I’m sitting waiting for this guy to show up. VETY NASTY on the phone with his Jamaican accent. I’ve reported him and his company to BBB and other companies that he goes around representing. People BEWARE of this guy and his company. Search the name before letting him in your homes.I will have the cops sitting outside my house when he shows up to repair my dryer. Reason being ASSURANT told be I don’t have a choice.SAD!

I would stay away from this company. On two occasions, Robert was to come and do a service call and he was very unreliable. The second time he saw the was coming at 2 PM and we waited around until 6 pm and he never showed and never even called.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The movers damaged my personal items and First Call refuses to process my claim.
Robert of Sunline Video and Electronics came out to repair my clothes dryer at the recommendation of the manufacturer, Haier. He "fixed" it, and it lasted all of the whole day fixed. I then spent the next three weeks trying to get him to come back out again. I got nothing but excuses from Robert. Excuses such as "the part hasn't come into the shop yet" or "I haven't had time to go to the shop to see if the part has come in". The "shop", is his home address. I called him several times and got his answering machine. I called them from a different number and when he realized who I was, he hung up on me. I called him back immediately and of course I got his answering machine. Haier was told of the problems I was having with Robert and I suggested to them as I do everybody not to use Sunline Video and Electronics for anything. I would have given Sunline Video and Electronics zero stars, but I am forced to give them one.
For any consumers out there thinking of doing business with First Call Movers, DON’T!!! They do not honor their own contracts and the try to drag things out in any kind of refund process or BBB complaint. They STOLE my money by accepting a deposit for a move then trying to plan the move outside of my possible moving dates. When I told them I couldn’t do it then and I wanted a refund (after almost a month of trying to contact them with no return calls) they refused and tied up the BBB complaint for months after. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST CALL MOVERS!!!
After seeing on the "TODAY" show this morning, I do not think I will needing the service of these people. I have heard too many horror stories about this company. Do not want to give any stars on this.
I have always thought hiring some locals to put my stuff on a truck for me to drive is always the best. I have always preferred this method because, some brokers have given me this kind of thought in the past through worse packing and delivery.I came down to First Call Movers, not because i trusted them, but because my friend who recommended them has been using it. Now, i believe i have found a broker that is really worthy of the money.I didn't lose any of my properties and the packing and delivery was done professionally and timely.I'd move again next year and i would never hesitate to use them again.thanks guys, especially Mr Peter.
We are very happy with the service we received. First Call and its employees went above and beyond to make our move an easy one. Thanks to a great bunch of people!!!
