I used this cab service for the first and last time early this morning. I requested a cab from the Marriott to the FLL airport. When I arrived the cab driver (#21042) said something I could not understand about the payment - he then said (I think): "the credit card crates problem for me." I thought this meant that it did not work, but he confirmed it did. He kept asking if I had cash, and I told him I was using my credit card. He then showed me slips of receipts and said "no money for me- I go to bed but no money." I was fed up at this point and told him again I was paying with a credit card, which he finally let me do. He KEPT the METER RUNNING during his speech. I paid and left, almost missing my ability to check my bag (literally by seconds).I called the company to complain and got their machine. I left my contact info and a description of what happened. I am yet to receive a response and not anticipating a call back, however.
Awesome service this guy has took his time all the way telling me about how their service and I was so satisfied with the ride very nice driver I would use them again and I hope to use the same driver
My friend was giving me a ride to the airport and suddenly his car broke down.So we were on the highway and I called all the cab companys and they were giving me a hard time and told me there would be a 40min wait.Then I called Best Taxi all they asked me was were I was and they popped up in 15 mins.Thanks To you Best Taxi I didn't miss my flight.I would recommend to anybody!
Fabulous Service!!!The upfront payment wasn't what I was expecting. But since it was a credit card and we were arriving early for our cruise, I said what the heck. I really didn't want to hear my Wife complaining by using this shuttle service from Ft. Lauderdale to the Port of Miami.Well, before I could get off the plane, the owner/operator was calling me to confirm I was a go. 5-STAR SERVICE. It's kinda cool to be talking with the owner/operator. Absolutely NO ISSUES!!!

Worse ride EVER!!!! Do not use this service. Seriously feared for my life. Took this shuttle from Miami to Ft Lauderdale and our driver was #522. Constantly honking and yelling at other drivers, straddling lanes, slamming his breaks on and was very rude to the people working the curb at the southwest counter. They even commented on this to us. Seriously almost got car sick. Didn't get his name but he was driving van #522 on March 4th.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They are complete frauds and will steal your money. They have an F rating from the BBB for a reason. On 1/13/2015 I contacted Executive Express Limousine aka Easy Express to arrange for transfers for 4 adults and 1 child w/car seat from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) to the Port of Miami on 2/6/2015. I paid the $59 charge in advance. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the driver would pick us up at 12:30pm, but we needed to be at the Jet Blue terminal (Terminal 3) luggage area 8 by 12:15pm. We were at the location where we were told by 11:45am. At 12:26pm on 2/6/2015 I received a call wanting to know "Where we were?" I told him that we were exactly where we were told to be when I booked the transfer, and he said that we were supposed to be at luggage area 1, and we needed to get there immediately. We grabbed all of our bags, and 3-year-old child and ran to luggage area 1 only to find that there was no one there. At this point I was irate, I called back to find out where our driver was since we had just ran to a new location. I was told that he would be there shortly. At 1:00pm there was still no one there to pick us up, so I called back. At this time I was told that I only made reservations for 2 people, and that's all they could/would accommodate. We could either do that or find another company to drive us to the Port of Miami. I said that I would find another company, and wanted my $59 refunded. He said "A refund is no problem, I do not want your money." He then proceeded to hang up on me. We had to pay a boat load to get a last minute transfer, but we did get to our ship on time.As of today, 2/13/2015, no refund has been issued. I have contacted the billing dispute dept for my credit card and filed a BBB complaint to assist with getting my money refunded.
